Upcoming dramas release New Trailers at the Tencent Video 2025 Preview Party

Just a reminder, I only included trailers since I will be including the posters in their individual posts in the future, no need to repeat for more work. Tencent has a lot of drama I’m keeping my eyes on for sure. Lol. The videos may take a few extra seconds to load since Tencent youtube sucks by not uploading anything and therefore I had to use mostly twitter for videos.

Jing Tian and Zhang Bin Bin reunited in supernatural romance drama Long Gu Fen Xiang

Long Gu Fen Xiang (龙骨焚箱) is adapted from the novel written by Wei Yu (same author behind Rattan). Rattan Director will also helm this one! Looks like Jing Tian once again finds herself in a powerful role – she sits on the throne as the leader of Mountain Ghost/Spirit of her people, being molded at a young age by seven powerful women who are referred to as “mothers” of the clan. Hence, our female lead is cold and arrogant, has absolutely no fear. Because she grew up in a relatively peaceful time, she is also… quite… lazy. LOL. If not needed, she prefers to stay indoor (sounds like my kind of girl). But her other mission is to collect the “pearls”. Sorry, unsure how to translate that. During this trip, she’s attacked by an unknown person, whose kung fu is on par with her. Determined to investigate, she’s led off track and meets our male lead. Together, they undergo many challenges and unearth many secrets and dangers.

You know what I think? Zhang Wan Yi needs a new stylist! He’s looking the same in his costume dramas. Lol. Also, looking at the stills, the drama is likely to keep the reborn dog element? (Maybe not as reborn?) Why does this tickle me so much!! XD XD XD
