Li Hong Yi and Su Xiao Tong join hands to solve cases in costume drama Treasure at Dawn

Synopsis Per Youku: Hua Fusheng is a young man who’s innocent and obsessed with medicine. He uses unconventional methods that both endear and frighten the townspeople. He is wrongly accused of murder after the death of Bai Yi. Clues left behind by his mentor seem to point to a mysterious “Sacred Book.” At the same time, Wen Jue, the daughter of Liangzhou city lord, and Gu Tian, an inheritor of the performing arts, get drawn into the mystery. The three of them head to Liangzhou to investigate. Wen Jue uses her family’s influence to help Hua Fusheng open a clinic, while Gu Tian’s quick wit aids them in gathering intel. As Hua Fusheng heals the poor, he hunts for the truth, but strange events unfold, and the puzzle deepens. Unknown to him, his arrival has already stirred hidden forces in Liangzhou…

Li Hong Yi and Lu Ting Yu in romance xianxia drama Flying up without Disturb

Honestly, who is reviewing some of these English titles? That is the disturbing part.

Flying up without Disturb (勿扰飞升) is adapted from the novel written by Yue Xia Die Ying. This drama was filmed in 2022. The story follows our fallen princess who stumbles into the world of cultivation by chance and luckily gets doted on by everyone in her sect. Determined to become a better cultivator, she requests to leave her sect and enters the real world. There, she meets our frail male lead, and they begin their cultivation journey.

Li Hong Yi strikes while the iron is hot with another wuxia drama Wulin Heroes with Huang Ri Ying

Wulin Heroes (武林有侠气) is adapted from the novel written by Bai Ze.

YouKu describes the story: Ye Xi, a kindhearted woman determined to become a martial arts hero, had fantasies about the martial arts world and true love when she first entered this world. She kept fighting for the weak against the strong, yet she didn’t know that human beings could be evil and was repeatedly exploited, cheated and betrayed.
