Love Bug Report: Jing Tian holds hands with Zhang Jike, confirms dating news!

More love birds are formed. You know me, I love to see people dating and in love the most! 😀 For Jing Tian and Chinese table tennis player, Zhang Jike, it was merely a waiting game for them to officially announce it. They had been caught before and Mr. Zhang had written K❤T before on a variety show and had netizens guessing non-stop what he meant by the letters. Today, both had posted on their weibo, tagging each other. TK too ~ with a picture of them hand-in-hand walking along the beach.

So Cute.

King of Blaze has a prequel called Melancholic Princess too but the synopsis doesn’t match up. Apparently, there are three parts to their story: one sets in the ancient times, the next in the Tang dynasty (this one sounds like it’s dropped), and finally in the modern period. They are joined by Zhang Yi Jie (King is Not Easy) and Lai Yu Meng (Go Goal Fighting!).

Ancient Drama Updates: Legend of Fu Yao, The King of Blaze, God of Lost Fantasy, Win The World

I was preparing for bed until I saw the onslaught of updates on news sites. Turns out it’s Qixi Festival aka Chinese Valentine’s Day! Drama productions release new stills to celebrate the annual meeting of two (tragic) lovers, the tale of Zhi Nu and Niu Lang’s forbidden love as the cowherd and weaver girl in Chinese mythology. I’m sure we have at least watched one adaptation of this story.

You might drown in the stills so I focus mostly on ancient dramas….for now. Lol.
