Synopsis from viki: Zheng Da Qian (Qiao Xin) is a young woman who works at an advertising company. Although she seems happy, independent, strong-minded, and carefree, she actually has low self-esteem and is wracked with worries. She comes from a smaller Northeastern town, but has been trying to make it in the big city. But when she suffers a setback in her professional life – and another blow in her love life – she finds herself hankering for home. When she receives a relocation package, however, her luck takes a turn. And when she is caught in a freak magnetic storm, things start getting strange…
She is suddenly reunited with a man she once felt affection for: Mu Zi Li (Ma Si Chao), now the owner of a small startup company. Mu Zi Li, like Zheng Da Qian, seems to most observers to be a confident and outgoing young man. But, like her, deep inside he is quite different. The duo starts to realize that the storm may have shifted time for them, somehow. But if there is a way back to the “present” for one of them, should they take it – or would it be better to stay in the world of the past?
The Autumn Ballad (嫣语赋) follows the story of our heroine, an unfavored eldest daughter of the Qiu Manor. She’s betrothed to a man who dies on their wedding day. She’s blamed for his death and must use her intelligence to investigate the truth and re-write her own destiny. Fighting along her side is a cold-faced and black-bellied duke who challenges and supports her in the quest.

Here’s a long compilation of teasers and trailers released at various events this past week such as the iQiYi iJoy and Tencent video conference. Sorry, I can’t physically make 20+ separate posts for each of them. I think I have written about the majority before so it’s nothing new. Just a peek from different online platforms for what’s coming up next for them.
Have you seen the original Kdrama Misaeng: Incomplete Life, which was based on the webtoon series by Yoon Tae Ho? I haven’t, but it was highly rated when it aired back in 2014! The original story synopsis: Since he was a child, the board game baduk has been everything to Jang Geu-rae. But when he fails at achieving his dream of becoming a professional baduk player, Geu-rae must leave his isolated existence and enter the real world armed with nothing but a high school equivalency exam on his resume. Through an acquaintance’s recommendation, he gets hired as an intern at One International, a large trading company.
There, Geu-rae meets his boss, manager Oh Sang-shik, who’s a workaholic and has a warm personality; fellow intern Ahn Young-yi, who attracts her colleagues’ ire because of her impressive educational credentials and by being extremely competent at any task; and Jang Baek-gi, a geeky co-worker whose anxious nature masks his inner ambition. Geu-rae learns to navigate and adapt to corporate culture, with baduk as his guide. [Wiki]
