Variety Show Give Me Five: Zhang Yi Shan, Liu Hao Ran, Dong Zi Jian

A new variety show is coming to town! Dunno about you but the first three names (powerhouse of talents!) is enough to have my interest piqued for Zhejiang new variety show called Super Boys (高能少年团) with Zhang Yi Shan, Liu Hao Ran, Dong Zi Jian, Karry Wang Jun Kai, and Darren Wang. The show will be putting the boys through various outdoor and indoor challenges over a course of their weekly adventures. There are guests! Female guests and the list will send you drooling about. What to do with the bouncy youthful energy all around you?!

Yang Rong, Hawick Lau’s The Legend of Flying Daggers to air

Good or bad news… With Hawick Lau‘s scandal still lingering, I feel bad for Yang Rong and the whole cast ensemble. Legend of the Flying Daggers is the fifth and final installment to Gu Long‘s Little Li Flying Dagger series. FYI, Zhu Yi Long’s Border Town Prodigal is the third installment. The novel follows Li Huai, Li Xun Huan’s grandson, as he wanders in jianghu to help the poor and uphold justice using his grandfather’s Little Li Dagger technique. How I wish Hawick could use those little daggers in real life and cut off the scandalous tail he has acquired for himself. Spare us and Yang Mi the pain. Lol.

Gui Gui (Emma Wu) debuts on Korean stages with Sugar Rush

After signing under Korean entertainment company, CJ E&M, Taiwanese beloved star, Gui Gui (Korean name is called Oh Young Gyul), debuted this past week on major music shows with the song “Sugar Rush”. Her mini album will be released on October 7th. Interesting career move. I love Gui Gui and her positive, bubbly energy and the title of her new song is perfect for her personality as well. 🙂 I miss her as an actress though, but hope success for her wherever she goes!
