Takeshi Kaneshiro and Zhou Dong Yu in This Is Not What I Expected
I still can’t believe this pairing, despite reading and following their filming, I still thought it was a trick. Zhou Dong Yu is very lucky in her filming roles and with her leading co-stars too! This Is Not What I Expected (喜欢你) is an upcoming romantic comedy with her and Takeshi Kaneshiro. The first round of official promos is out with foodie posters of them in fruity environments. Lol. It is adapted from the novel Finally I Get You written by Lan Bai Se (Xu Lu’s Be With You, Jerry Yan’s Loving Never Forgetting) following the bickering romance of a sassy chef and a sharp-tongued manager.

Angelababy, Tony Leung and Takeshi Kaneshiro for The Ferryman
Really? From a good name like The Ferryman (摆渡人), they changed the title to See You Tomorrow? Someone did not drink their coffee in that production room! The Ferryman is another romantic comedy this winter with a star-studded leading cast members in Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Takeshi Kaneshiro, and young starlet Angelababy (she’s soooooo lucky!!) The film is based on a short story taken from the collection of love stories from I Belonged to You (從你的全世界路過), detailing the stormy romance between a young woman and a married artist with an unfaithful wife. What now, show?!
