Airing 2/14~
Time for online websites/platforms to dish out their pork awards! Don’t ask me what the difference is for the awards. Lol! I’m just here for the pretty actors and their bling bling!
Compiled news for this week! Apparently, a lot of May Celebrity babies! Li Yi Feng, Zhang Yi Shan, Xie Na, Huang Zi Tao, to name a few. Happy Birthday to all ~ =D
Solaso Bistro (问题餐厅) is the remake of Japanese drama, A Restaurant with Many Problems (Mondai no Aru Restaurant, 问题のあるレストラン). The original drama follows our heroine who is fed up with the sexist world of the kitchen and restaurant and opens up her own restaurant….on a rooftop. Working with her are five women and one gay guy, all bringing their own flavor to the new melting pot, causing numerous conflicts and fights. Jiao Jun Yan is the head female of the problematic restaurant. She’s still proudly sporting the clean boy cut, and dare I say, she’s wicked handsome. Girl crush material right here!
Instead of a trailer we have a song by singer Chen Li from the OST. Very soothing. If you miss little A Li, he’s in here too. 😀
Here we go! Spazz page for your rant and rave!
Are you ready for three lifetimes of torture? Lol.
I can’t keep track of all the short and long promo videos of this drama anymore. When I saw the word final trailer, I napped that one immediately. I really don’t know why Chinese productions feel the need to show all their cards to the viewers before hand (the countless rounds of trailers). I think some fans like it but I really prefer not to see ALL the critical scenes play out in random order. Anyway, Three Lives Three Worlds Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms (三生三世十里桃花) will premiere on Sunday, January 29th, running for 58 episodes. Drama gods have mercy on our short-attention memory (aiming at me.)
Opening themesongs are revealed for two dramas that will be contending in the ratings game with General and I nearing its last leg of episodes. Smart move to air earlier. Yang Mi‘s Three Lives Three Worlds Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and Jing Tian‘s Glory of the Tang Dynasty. On the one hand, I still do not feel much for the OTP of 3L3W but their secondary and tertiary couples are looking cute and their songs are pretty on the dot to steal my little heart. On the other hand, while Tang Dynasty is on the down low with promos, I’m more inclined to check it out, thanks largely to the intense trailer, Jing Tian’s charms, and the wagon of cast members from Legend of Chusen. I need to see them in something worthwhile of their talents. Yes, that’s a shade at you, Chusen!
