Born in 1994, new actress Bai Lu is the latest addition to Yu Zheng Studio. She’s in both Zhao Ge and Untouchable Lovers and the recent webdrama Da Wang Bu Rong Yi, and now she’s given the lead monarch role in the supposedly drama version of Zhao Li Ying’s movie, The Monkey King 3: Kingdom of Women. Playing the role of our righteous and kind monk (in his youth) Tang Sanzang is Hou Ming Hao (The Devotion of Suspect X). I remember him from 72 Floors of Mystery, the poor kid got betrayed by Kris and Li Ying. But…Errr, he is only 18… and if the whole drama is about him in Kingdom of Women, wouldn’t he have kids…and grand kids too at that point?! Forget about the scripture then… LOL.

Cdrama: The Shenzhen Roommate Diaries Episodes
Is…..July……over yet…..??!!
The Shenzhen Roommate Diaries with Show Luo & Gui Gui releases 12-minute trailer
Another drama airing in July. You know what? From now on, July ain’t on my list of favorite months anymore!
The Shenzhen Roommate Diaries stars Gui Gui and Show Luo
Yes! I’m still alive. It’s been two weeks since I last updated and I could tell you guys are slowing drifting away. Fine, just give me the bad Kaptain Award. 😉 School and clinical rotation are hogging all my time. It’s a beautiful Sunday so I’ll allow my bum to relax, stalk, and update. My sunshine girlcrush, Gui Gui, has recently signed up for a romantic comedy drama, based on a novel written by Song Xiao Jun, as the second lead. She’s starring opposite Show Luo, and the main heroine is played by Mao Jun Jie. I don’t recognize her but maybe you do. A press conference was held a few days ago, so here are some pictures.
Movie Date with Keane (26): Machi Action
Hilarious trailer for ‘Machi Action’ featuring Bolin Chen
Heeee! This looks really cute. I see many conflicting comments of this production. Initially, some say it’s a rip-off of Kamen Rider, but now that they’ve read the plot, it’s more of a parody/tribute to Toku superheroes, focusing on the life of an actor after his superhero show is axed due to low ratings. Watch as Bolin Chen unveils his superhero charisma on the big screen! The film is also highly anticipated because of writer and director, Giddens Ko, who was in charge of last year’s surprise hit You’re the Apple of My Eye.
