Can see why they’re so happy. Each has 3 dramas on the list. Chusen with them together tops the list. Lol. Ratings is such a weird concept. We might find a drama so frustrating and rage-inducing, and yet we still tune in, contributing to the enormous view count. WHYYYYYYY?

Beautiful Posters for Vietnamese Version of Hua Qian Gu
Whenever I see extension of this drama, I whip out my mic and sing a chicken rendition of “Let it go~~~ Let it go~~~quack quack!”
However, I’m thoroughly impressed with the girl they chose to play Hua Qian Gu. She looks a bit older but has an edgy maturity and a beautiful face on top of that. She could’ve played the older version of Hua Qian Gu and I would be okay. The actor playing Bai Zi Hua has better hair that Wallace. Lol. The problem is when I scrolled down and saw the holy broomstick on the actor playing Sha Jie Jie. Moly.
Ma Ke time travels to the future for modern Hua Qian Gu
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Why don’t you guys let this drama rest in peace. I’ve heard of the web/modern version before but couldn’t care less since it’s a total new cast, but now Ma Ke is reprising his role in modern garbs. BAH. I’m still confused though, is it a special episode or are they really continuing the story in modern setting, cause that’s just crazy. Tis too early for my brain!
I’m not watching this. No force on heaven and earth could convince me!
*NOTE: I have to head to work so this post will be short and sweet, just like me 🙂 . You guys can try to make sense and let me know.
The Journey of Flower (Hua Qian Gu): Episode 49 – 50 “Finale.”
SPOILERS OF THE ENDING! DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW. Lol. *as if we don’t know already…*
The Journey of Flower (Hua Qian Gu): Episode 45 – 48 “Breaking Point.”
It’s my breaking point for this series.I wonder what overcame the writer to plan out the story this way. She builds up all these interesting, conflicted, and very much likable characters and then rapidly kills them off one-by-one, leaving literally only a batch of ugly villains behind. Am I supposed to care after all my characters are gone? AM I? If she’s trying to tell me that being the top dog is the loneliest job, she has already succeeded with the male characters, no need to force the young girl into the same position by being more cruel than necessary. I have a bad feeling that the demon goddess will disappoint me in more than one way…
EDIT: **ADDED EPISODE 47 & 48 – 9/6/15** FINALE IS TOMORROW!
The Journey of Flower (Hua Qian Gu): Episode 41 – 44 “Escape.”
Same format as last week! Rant and rave all you want while I reach my breaking point… Sha Jie Jie is the MAN THIS WEEK!!
One line summary: This show makes me murderous.
The Journey of Flower (Hua Qian Gu): Episode 37 – 40 “Consequences.”
Changing things a bit so that you guys have a place to spazz while I don’t feel pressured about producing timely recaps, which I never post them on time anyway! Will be adding the uncut streaming version from youtube to this post as they come out. Recaps will hopefully be done by the end of the week. 🙂
Rave/Rant away!
