Expected outcome. I didn’t harbor any wishful thinking that Season 2 could secure the same cast of Season 1 (Wu Qian, Kim Tae Hwan). Season 2 is officially called My Amazing Boyfriend 2: Unforgettable Impression and it stars Thai Actor Mike D. Angelo (Delicious Destiny, Wu Xin) and rookie actress Yu Shu Xin (Border Town Prodigal, The Advisors Alliance).

Ahh Well if they kept the girl but switched lead guy cause he is Korean then it was a pity but they have a new cast and new story so im happy but wished they made season2 with first cast.

I’m pretty okay with the casting.
I doubt Kim Tae Hwan would get to reprise his role since he’s Korean. Good thing Wu Qian doesn’t reprise as it would be awkward seeing her romance Mike after the whole season 1 storyline.
Ehh I don’t like wannabe-cutesy princess types like Yu Shu Xin so this is a pass for me >_> But makes sense for them to have a completely new cast.
After Mike’s scandal in Thailand, his popularity dropped. He is lucky to have a management company who switch him to China market.
I am not his fan but I can see why he is popular in China.

You mean the I-might-have-a-son-and-I’ll-deny-first-then-admits-own-son-after-DNA-test scandal?
Mike has never denied the child. He took responsibility for the baby since he found out she was pregnant. The pregnancy was kept under wraps for privacy purposes since both of them have decided to separate. All of this was said by the mother of his child herself.
The DNA test was something asked by his parents; likely due to the wealth this child would inherit as his son. Mike spoke up against the DNA test, saying there was no need for it.
The public in general gravitates towards drama. This was a very private matter until the public’s push and pulls made it into a show for everyone. It nearly ruined so many lives including Mike’s career. Other people’s sorrows and lives is not a laughing matter.
Ohhh. I will be missing Wu Qian but I think Mike will breathe new life (this is a pun. Geddit??!) into the character. Kim Taehwan was pretty stiff even if he was really pretty. The show wouldn’t have been so successful if not for Wu Qian and how she injects life into each of her characters.
this is not sequel right,cause the season 1 ending were cliffhanging ?
