The Imperial Coroner Season 2 (御赐小仵作2) is adapted from the novel written by Qing Xian Ya Tou. Season 1 wasn’t a big production but it garnered positive reviews and was well-liked among the many investigation-typed series.

The Imperial Coroner (御赐小仵作) is an upcoming detective drama based on the novel written by Qing Xian Ya Tou. The story follows our heroine as she makes her way from the countryside to make her dream come true as a female coroner. On her journey, she meets our hero, a Prince, who then recruits her to solve a case that lasted 18 years. Her abilities begin to shine and she’s approved by the emperor to become an imperial coroner!

First peek at Yang Yang’s upcoming novel-to-drama adaptation of the popular work The King’s Avatar (全职高手) written by Butterfly Blue is out! Looks very similar in style to Just One Smile is Very Alluring, with the boys strutting together in unified arrogance. Lol. From the smiles, the whole experience is pretty unique in the modern filming realm.
