Inference Notes drama version with Hou Ming Hao and Zhang Zi Feng

Inference Notes (推理笔记) is the drama version of thriller film out not so long ago featuring Chen Dou Ling and Lin Bo Hong. The drama version has Hou Ming Hao, Zhang Zi Feng, and Wang Duo. The story revolves around our students and leading the group is a mathematical genius played by Zhang Zi Feng and Ming Hao takes on the other half of her partner-in-crime status. After receiving a heart transplant, she begins getting entangled in murder mysteries within and around the school, which is the tip of something darker and more sinister – organ trafficking.

Official First Trailer for Legend of Ravaging Dynasties

Finally a real trailer instead of the constant behind-the-scene works. Don’t get me wrong, I like those too, but I also want to see some real action and concrete work. It’s definitely a very refreshing concept (motion captioning) for China to tackle, and let’s hope it opens doors for more creative storytelling!

Ou Yang Nana and Cheney Chen’s promo for Yes Mr. Fashion

Directed by Guo Jing Ming, Yes Mr. Fashion (是！尚先生) is like a vehicle for Yang Mi’s boys from her Tiny Times franchise. The OTP – Cheney Chen and Ou Yang Nana – looks okay together but the age difference is jarring. He’s a 90’er and she was born in 2000! She’s only 16 people! Can we not follow the trend in Kdramas and cast underage actresses with actors a decade or so older than them? Lordy. I feel queasy…

Legend of Ravaging Dynasties puts everyone in Mo-cap suits

Mo-Cap, short for Motion capture, is process of recording the movement of objects or people. Movies you see like Avatar and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes used the same technology to provide very life-like performances by animated characters. Legend of Ravaging Dynasties (L.O.R.D) is a movie written and directed by Guo Jing Ming (Ice Fantasy, Tiny Times) about the war to gain absolute power and control among the four kingdoms. Yep, that is all I know. X)
