Another youth drama, focusing on college life! Leading Beyond Light Years (初遇在光年之外), is Chen Ruo Xuan (Evil Minds) and Josie Xu Jiao (Ice Fantasy). The rest of the cast members look quite cute and and fitting, as they are born in the early 90s. Not to make you feel old or anything. I feel it first. XD
Expected outcome. I didn’t harbor any wishful thinking that Season 2 could secure the same cast of Season 1 (Wu Qian, Kim Tae Hwan). Season 2 is officially called My Amazing Boyfriend 2: Unforgettable Impression and it stars Thai Actor Mike D. Angelo (Delicious Destiny, Wu Xin) and rookie actress Yu Shu Xin (Border Town Prodigal, The Advisors Alliance).
Webdrama Hero’s Dream (天意之秦天宝鉴) is adapted from a sci-fi novel Heaven’s Will written by Qian Li Fang. Not much about the novel is talked about but the vague synopsis describes the journey of a young talented lad (Ou Hao) after he’s offered an opportunity by a mysterious man to change his life. His character becomes the god of war – the Great General Han Xin, who served under Liu Bang (Zhang Dan Feng) and contributed to the founding of the Han dynasty. The promises of intriguing power plays, manipulations, and mysterious unknown forces all come together for (hopefully) an excellent re-imagining of history.
