Zhao Li Ying becomes The City Maker with Huang Xiao Ming in 1980s drama

The City Maker (小城大事) is adapted from the novel written by Zhu Xiao Jun. Upcoming dramas release New Trailers at the Tencent Video 2025 Preview Party

Just a reminder, I only included trailers since I will be including the posters in their individual posts in the future, no need to repeat for more work. Tencent has a lot of drama I’m keeping my eyes on for sure. Lol. The videos may take a few extra seconds to load since Tencent youtube sucks by not uploading anything and therefore I had to use mostly twitter for videos.

Zhao Li Ying’s 1980s drama The City Maker with Huang Xiao Ming wrapped up filming

Lol. This drama is so secretive. Nothing at all during filming and then boom, we are done. But honestly, they finished filming a while ago, in late March I believe and only chosen today to release some materials. XD

The City Maker (造城者) is adapted from the novel written by Zhu Xiao Jun. It is set in the 1980s and as the name of the drama suggests, they are literally building a city from scratch.

I spy the villain from the Legend of Fei and the smexy snake lady from Legend of Shen Li (they have become very good friends)!
