Can’t believe I’m doing Part 2 for this darn festival! If yesterday was for local TV dramas, today is the hottest star gathering in the movie world.
L♥ve Bug Report: Wallace Huo and Ruby Lin are dating!
YESH!! Now this is a first. Voluntarily announcing their romance?! Who knew Wallace Huo is such a romantic guy to publicly declare his love on May 20 (520 = I Love You)? On Weibo, he writes, “I hope to receive blessing from everyone @Ruby Lin.” And Ruby Lin replies with a heart symbol for her own confirmation. On her facebook, she posts a picture of herself holding a rose and writes, “Turns out happiness has always been near me. Thanks for your blessing. I’m very happy.”

When Ruby mentioned the airing date for the Nth time at the most recent interview, I of course waved it off. But now it’s official! Darn this drama with all the pretty boys and girls gathered together has been shelved for what, 3 years? Anyway, having the most ridiculous English title ever, Singing All Along (秀麗江山之長歌行) will premiere on June 23rd on Jiang Su TV folks [Master Post]! Mark your calendar. I don’t even remember what the story is about anymore. Lol.

Caught a break and went to watch The Jungle Book with my little boy. Seems like the running theme in all Disney movies is identifying and enhancing one’s sense of self (be the best of you!) Haven’t watched the original movie or animation series, but I enjoyed the movie and loved it quite a bit. Baloo and his jokes got me rolling.
