I don’t know about chu guys but I get giddy when names fit in with my sentence flawlessly! Haha! Cook Up A Storm (决战食神) features Nicholas Tse and Jung Yong Hwa competing in food-making competitions! Yang Rong, Hawick Lau’s The Legend of Flying Daggers to air

Good or bad news… With Hawick Lau‘s scandal still lingering, I feel bad for Yang Rong and the whole cast ensemble. Legend of the Flying Daggers is the fifth and final installment to Gu Long‘s Little Li Flying Dagger series. FYI, Zhu Yi Long’s Border Town Prodigal is the third installment. The novel follows Li Huai, Li Xun Huan’s grandson, as he wanders in jianghu to help the poor and uphold justice using his grandfather’s Little Li Dagger technique. How I wish Hawick could use those little daggers in real life and cut off the scandalous tail he has acquired for himself. Spare us and Yang Mi the pain. Lol.

Kevin Cheng, Tang Yi Xin in Tai Chi Master: The Door of Tai Chi

Yay! Another hand-to-hand combat drama! (I still need to finish A Fist Within Four Walls. Lol.) A great mix of actors from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. Handsome HK actor, Kevin Cheng, becomes a Tai Chi master in the upcoming period series, Tai Chi Master: The Door of Tai Chi (太極宗師之太極門). He is paired up with young Chinese actress, Tina Tang Yi Xin (The Legend of Chusen), and she’s looking pretty cute in all the stills. There is a short trailer and a whopping 38-minute trailer released so far. But, do watch the BTS clip that I uploaded. All these fancy action scenes are hilarious in practice.  Hee!

After being back-stabbed by her own husband (Zhang Xiao Long), our heroine (Claudia Wang Li Kun) meets another man (Joe Cheng) whose power and love for her give her the needs to take revenge and rise to the empress seat. Legend of the Heavenly Tear is adapted from the novel, Incomparable Phoenix (凤凰无双) written by Bing Lan Sha.

Vibrant costumes for Wang Li Kun and Joe Cheng’s Legend of the Heavenly Tear

Adapted from the novel, Incomparable Phoenix (凤凰无双) written by Bing Lan Sha, Legend of the Heavenly Tear stars Wang Li Kun and Joe Cheng as the main leads. The story follows our heroine (Wang Li Kun) as she’s back-stabbed by her revenge-driven husband (Zhang Xiao Long) and kicked out of the family, and then saved by our hero (Joe Cheng), ruler of Qi State (?). She gets a makeover and a new name for her “rebirth” and plots her way to the throne as Empress. That’s the bare bone of the plot. Now I will party and live life a littttle. 😉
