Still without an official English name, I’ll continue to call the upcoming modern drama The Road to Bid Farewell is filled with Flowers (一路繁花相送, Yi Lu Fan Hua Xiang Song) written by Qing Shan Luo Ta. It stars Wallace Chung and Maggie Jiang in a love story gone wrong during their youth and given a second chance. Yep. That’s all drama characters do nowadays, long for the past, never moving on. How romantic! Lol. The stills look pretty so far, everyone is on point in hair and fashion. Surprise!

What a bubbly trailer for a palace drama. I am surprised at the cheery tone and feisty female lead. Ban Shu Legend supposedly follows Zhao Li Ying’s Female Prime Minister niece, detailing the abandonment of Ban Shu to her long travel to the forbidden palace. With a strong desire to be accepted by her royal family, she struggles and proves her ability by becoming the first female royal instructor.
Ban Shu Legend is said to be the sequel to Zhao Li Ying’s Female Prime Minister since the main character played by Jing Tian is supposedly her niece who was separated from her parents as a child and grew up in the grasslands. To be accepted by her noble family, she enters the Palace, hoping to prove her ability and become an instructor at the Royal Female Academy. I can see the potential in Jing Tian, but her OTP man Zhang Zhe Han needs to rise up to the challenge if he wants to shine next to her blazing self. Lol. Real life couple, Li Sheng and Li Jia Hang, are not playing lovers. Awww.
The good thing is it’s English-subtitled! Yu Zheng trying to get on the good side of international fans?
Awww these two are so sweet and precious in their wedding photos for CosmoBride, which as you could imagine, is only the first of their many shoots. I know I said before that they are still young for marriage but after seeing their beautiful smiles together and knowing how mature they were in handling their relationship to the public, I cannot say otherwise.

Aww. Unexpected! The opposite co-leads in New Princess Pearls! Funny how things work out, right? Li Sheng has been in several dramas with Zhang Rui and at some point, I thought the two were dating, but nope, it’s all a ruse to cover up her sweet, bubbling love with cutie pie Li Jia Hang, which was found out first by the hard-working paparazzi, publishing photos of them holding hands at the airport. Ha! Why do secret couples always make the mistakes of displaying PDA at such convenient, public locations? Or is it NOT a mistake? Keke
