I Want To Meet You with Alec Su, Jing Tian, Mao Zi Jun

Variety show I Want To Meet You (我想见到你) is an another show with actors on board. It features Alec Su, Jing Tian, Mao Zi Jun, Li Hong Yi (Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me), and Ma Wen Yuan. They will be making short trips all around fulfilling small requests on people’s wish list while experiencing life on a different scale. They are being touted as the “warm energy group.” I still don’t know what this show is about. Lol. All I know is I like these people and it’s nice seeing Mao Zi Jun out of the angsty, jealous roles he’s always cast in.

Zhang Ruo Yun’s The Fated General drops spectacular trailer

Impressive sets, camera angles, and atmospheric colors. Looks like we have another great drama lined up. Based on the life story of military general Huo Qu Bing who lived courageously but died young of the Western Han Dynasty, The Fated General (霍去病) features Zhang Ruo Yun in the titular role, along with Mao Xiao Tong, Johnny Bai Yu, Yu Meng Long, and Li Hong Yi as his loved ones and enemies.

Zhang Ruo Yun’s The Fated General releases First Posters

After filming for 6 months, we finally get a peek at some official posters and stills for the upcoming historial drama, The Fated General (霍去病), based on the life story of military general Huo Qu Bing of the Western Han Dynasty. Eddie Peng played the same role in Sound of the Desert. Zhang Ruo Yun is playing the brilliant general and alongside are some pretty men and women; including Princess Wei Young‘s break-out star, Rachel Mao Xiao Tong, Go Princess Go‘s Alan Yu Meng Long, and Memory Lost‘s romantic cop, Johnny Bai Yu. I like this cast. A LOT.

Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me with Li Hong Yi and Xing Fei

Beside Proud of Love Season 2, here’s another webdrama, slated for January 9th release. I swear I don’t go looking for new dramas, they just come across my stalkery spidey senses. Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me (恶魔少爷别吻我) is based on the novel of the same name written by Jin Xia Mo. The story follows our heroine as she loses her mother and guardianship is given to a rich household of the male lead. She’s then enabled to attend a prestigious high school with him as the Master Devil, always giving her a hard time. The story sounds like a mix of multiple idol dramas, including Meteor Garden. At least our heroine is one to give him the finger right back!

The Fated General confirms Zhang Ruo Yun, Alan Yu, Mao Xiao Tong

Alright! Finally some confirmed news on the next big-budget historical drama, The Fated General (霍去病), based on the life story of military general Huo Qu Bing of the Western Han Dynasty. The last actor in recent memory to play this role for me was Eddie Peng in Sound of the Desert. Zhang Ruo Yun is chosen for the titular lead role for quite some time already and now they have the crew to start rolling them cameras. Cast members are nothing short of beautiful. Wee-bit too baby-looking to be considered as fearsome on the battlefield, though.
