Nothing short of beautiful for Yang Mi’s Peach Blossom stills
Last update before I hit the bed! Why are all the productions releasing stills one after another. I’ll save the updates for tomorrow. Some real stills for the drama version of Tang Qi Gong Zi‘s novel, Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, depicting the lives of two immortals as they are teared apart in one lifetime and given another chance to meet through another form of themselves.

Before you jump in happiness, let me clarify that Ken Chang (The Lost Tomb) and Alan Yu (Go Princess Go) are joining the drama version of Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, the fantasy novel written by Tang Qi Gong Zi. Confused? Yes, there is movie version with Liu Yi Fei and Yang Yang too (very useful post with many tidbits from the story by book fans). Playing the leads of the drama version are Yang Mi and Mark Zhao, as previously stated. The story depicts the tragic love story between two immortals, a high goddess and a Crown Prince. They will meet again for the second time, hoping for a better ending this time around. Lots of angst and crazy things…

Is it Li Yi Feng‘s star power that this drama is getting so much promotions from Viki? Even I was surprised at how active they were in advertising for The Lost Tomb. Well, you don’t have to wait any longer because, it’s coming to us this friday! Mark your calendar! Count it down! Yep, they day I’m scheduled for work! All the glorious handsome men will have to wait for moi to come home… And yes, this is a project I plan to upload, among a few others.

I was hoping for more horror elements since the novels are not shy of those scenes and descriptions. It’s only the first installment of a 8-part series so maybe they will go darker down the line. Premiering in June! A couple of more weeks to go.

Li Yi Feng is the main character but Yang Yang is turning heads for his broody appearance and mysterious vibes! So what do we get? A lot of bromance centering around the two boys and the three older men, because they have to act like father figures sometimes. Aww.
