Fan Cheng Cheng and Cheng Xiao’s The World of Fantasy (Spirit Realm) confirms airing date

The World of Fantasy, previously known as Spirit Realm (灵域) stars Fan Cheng Cheng and Cheng Xiao. It’s based on an popular novel written by Ni Cang Tian, which also has a game and an animation version. The story follows our male lead who is said to have the Heaven Fighting Race’s bloodline in him. It is said that 30,000 years ago, the Heavenly Fighting Race invaded the Spirit Realm and wreaked havoc in many races and multiple dimensions, until they were stopped by the combined efforts of the Hundred Races and disappeared. 30,000 years later, our male lead lives quietly in a household, appearing like a dummy to others but in actuality, he is in deep cultivation. Cheng Xiao will play his childhood sweetheart.

Airing 1/9~

I don’t know either of the leads; but FCC is Fan Bing Bing’s brother and Cheng Xiao looks like the IT girl for this year.

Luo Yun Xi and Cheng Xiao begin filming for Lie To Love

Lie To Love (良言写意) is an upcoming modern drama adapted from the novel written by Mu Fu Sheng. Our heroine is a young lawyer who begins working at corporation when she gets involved with the aloof CEO, our hero. Their strange behavior and and a series of events prove that they knew each other before hand, but why do they both pretend like they don’t know each other? As it turns out, they were childhood sweethearts. But life for our heroine takes a turn as she’s convinced that his dad was behind the demise of her father’s company, leading his death, and her mother’s, shortly after. She lives life planning meticulously her revenge, using our hero’s feelings to her advantage. A car accident happens – he breaks his leg, while she loses some of her memories. Dun dun dun!! When they meet again, she’s a lawyer at his company. She doesn’t remember him and doesn’t understand why he treats her differently, while his broken heart still yearns for her. And she has no idea why he only has one functional leg….

Oh, the novel sounds emotionally heavy. Leo has this in spades. HA!

Falling Into Your Smile (你微笑时很美) is adapted from the novel written by Qing Mei starring Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao as the main leads. She plays a simple girl who turns to gaming for her (ex) boyfriend. Alas, they were not meant to be. Naturally good at gaming, she is invited to be the first female teammate in a famous e-sports team. And that is where she meets our witty male lead who has a poisonous tongue; who is also the team leader. Ha! Their love grows slowly as they train, interact, and live under the same roof as a team with other players.

Falling Into Your Smile (你微笑时很美) is adapted from the novel written by Qing Mei starring Xu Kai and Cheng Xiao as the main leads. She plays a simple girl who turns to gaming for her (ex) boyfriend. First Impressions: What do you think of Legend of Awakening with Chen Fei Yu and Cheng Xiao?

Technically considered a web series as the broadcaster is iQiyi and Youku, Legend of Awakening is a novel to ‘drama’ adaptation based on the novel of the same name penned by Hudie Lan (also known as Butterfly Blue).

Starring the popular Arthur Chen (Chen Fei Yu), Cheng Xiao, Dylan Xiong (Xiong Ziqi) and Deng Enxi it premiered on both Youku and iQiyi on April 23, 2020.

Legend of Awakening with Chen Fei Yu and Dylan Xiong releases opening themesong

Legend of Awakening (天醒之路) is based on the novel written by Butterfly Blue, who was also the author behind The King’s Avatar. And it is this drama that Chen Fei Yu picked over filming Ever Night 2. Devastated by the beasts, people in the Northern and Southern dynasties turn to cultivation for protection. Two orphaned siblings, played by Chen Fei Yu and Deng En Xi, are taken into the Zhai Feng Martial Arts School, where they become good friends with two more central characters, played by Dylan Xiong and Yu Yi Jie. They four youngsters make it their destiny to become the awakeners, people in charge of protecting their homeland.

They just dropped the opening themesong so I’m thinking the airdate is near ~
