You know me, I love behind-the-scenes videos. These Chinese productions have hundreds of workers on locations every day, so it’s not strange to see how fast they can shoot a drama within 3 months (usually modern), day-in-day-out. What we see onscreen is a the final results of blood and sweats and watching these videos always shows a new level of appreciation for the crew who works tirelessly behind the cameras all-year long.
OMGAHHH!! Can I get a hallaluyah?! Oh yea, my birthday month is proving to be a festive occasion! Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy (海上牧云记) with Huang Xuan, Shawn Dou, Xu Lu, and Zhou Yi Wei is finally airing!!
I miss Mr. Sunshine. Don’t you? After making a splash in dramaland with his tv debut performance as Prince Yan Xun in Princess Agents, Shawn Dou has other projects to quench your thirst; all of which have finished filming (he wrapped the last one up last week). For the count, Shawn has four unaired dramas under his belt. Reminders below. =D
