Synopsis Per Qiyi: The Heir (家业) is directed by Hui Kai Dong (known for “Story of Yanxi Palace” and “Winter Begonia“), with scripts by Gao Xuan and Ren Bao Ru (known for “Imperfect Victim“). It is China’s first historical costume drama centered on the culture of Huizhou ink.
