=======> ♦ Modern romance Love Song in Summer (明川有知夏) holds its booting ceremony today 4/14 with Huang Jing Yu, Xu Ruo Han, Liang Jing Kang, and Xia Meng. It is adapted from the novel written by Su Xing An and the theme is on anti-poaching.
Is Huang Jing Yu collecting love stories in seasons? His earlier drama is called Love Song in Winter. Lol.

=======> ♦ Costume drama Nirvana In Flames (凤不栖) also has its booting ceremony today with Wu Jin Yan and Miles Wei Zhe Ming. It is adapted from the novel written by Tian Xia Gui Yuan. The story follows our female lead who is tasked by her Sect Master to deliver a powerful, world-changing artifact to the Chosen One (I’m assuming this is second male lead) to unite the four kingdoms. However, after spending time in the real world and meeting various people, she decides to give the artifact to an unpopular 3rd Prince of Xiliang (Male lead). For intervening with fate, she bears a heavy consequence and lands in near-death situation and disappears for years. Three years later, a woman bearing the same face emerges to resolve some unfinished businesses…
Supporting cast includes lots of pretty people: Wang Duo, Wang You Shuo, Liu Ling Zi, Yan Yu Chen, etc. There’s no official pictures from weibo yet so I’m sharing some fan-taken ones instead.
