The Warmth in the Dark (黎明前他会归来) is adapted from the novel written by Teng Luo Wei Zhi. The story follows our male lead who became disabled (to what extent, it is not stated) at the age of five, making him withdrawn and isolated from those around him. Not to worry, when there’s a grumpypants hero, our sunshine heroine is there to feed him warmth and love! Until they have a misunderstanding before college and get separated for years.
