Here’s the gist: There’s war, there’s romance, there’s love after a political marriage. There is a time-traveling element. In the first life time, our heroine ends up an Imperial Concubine and gets killed by the emperor when the kingdom falls apart. She wakes up in her teenage self and tries to change a few things around to save her family from tragedy. Instead of her sister/cousin marrying into the Wei Family; specifically to the mighty General Wei Shao (and the whole clan ends up dying), our heroine unexpectedly ends up the one marrying him. Keep in mind, the two families hate each other too (deaths involved) so tension is sky high. He’s revenge-driven. How will our girl melt the hero’s hardy heart?
