Thanks for the updates! Is 珍馐记 a spin off of 尚食? I just saw He Ruixian in 尚食 and she’s back again as the Royal Chef…? If I have time I may check this out since she was really good in 尚食…

Feng Shaofeng’s drama looks badass too, so I’ll have to keep an eye out for this one!

I’m too busy with Blue Whisper at the moment — Dilraba once again being the epic beautiful Goddess-like badass and really leading the drama so well. Very good fantasy drama with good story, great characters, impressive acting, nice special effects and epic music!

I don’t believe it’s a spin-off, Anon. But they are both under Yu Zheng, hence the familiarity in faces, costumes, and theme. Lol!

Haha thanks Kappy, that makes a lot of sense. I watched a few eps and it is quite similar to 尚食, but 珍馐记 is a more entertaining. 尚食 actors were great, but the script was bad and a lot of it didn’t make sense. 珍馐记 has a better story so far… I can’t say much yet because I learned to have low expectations when it’s Yu Zheng…
