Sorry, was away for a few days and we have a lot of dramas on our hands. Here’s a quick rundown of what aired this past week. Tomorrow is a new week. Lol.
=======> ♦ Crossroad Bistro (北辙南辕) with Wang Luo Dan, Gina Jin, and Chuo Ni began airing 7/11. A female-centric drama where five women open up a restaurant together and forging an unbreakable bond.
=======> ♦ The Lost Tomb 2: Explore With the Note (云顶天宫) with Bai Shu, Zhang Bo Yu, and Zhao Dong Ze began airing 7/11. So many adaptations (with different cast) of this franchise, I can’t follow anymore. Lol.

=======> ♦ Lady Tough (突如其来的假期) with Kan Qing Zi, Chen Ruo Xuan, Liu Mei Han, and Ni Hong Jie began airing 7/16. Bilibili is producing their own drama now too? The story follows our heroine who lives life not following the rules but the sudden passing of her mother makes her life come to a stop. She gives herself a short vacation to figure out her emotions.
=======> ♦ Medical Examiner Dr Qin: Silent Evidence (法医秦明之无声的证词) with Zhang Yu Jian and Zhou Yu Tong to air 7/18.
=======> ♦ Remembrance of Things Past (我在他乡挺好的) with Zhou Yu Tong, Ren Su Xi, and Sun Qian to air 7/19. A drama following a group of youths as they face career problems and love issues in the heart of Beijing.

Explore with the Note is one I’m looking forward to because I saw Part 1 and was frustrated that I might never see part 2. LOL! I know why the series is released in random order, but it’s frustrating as a viewer nonetheless. Too bad Neo and Cheng Yi got swapped out–expected, but a bummer nonetheless.
