My Heroic Husband (赘婿) is an adaptation of the novel written by Fen Nu De Xiang Jiao. There’s a time-traveling element in the novel in that the male lead is a self-made business tycoon who time travels to the past (Wu Dynasty) and is stuck in the body of a useless son-in-law of a merchant family, who also lives in with his wife’s family. With a new smart soul, he’s able to help his wife’s family’s business take a turn for the better. The funny thing is our leads, who played siblings in Joy of Life, are now a couple here. Lol.
Airing 2/14 on iQiyi!

Paused after the beginning 9min of the first episode to come here and write what a great start and usage of Zhang Ruoyun as a cameo role!
woah, the male lead is really not your typical male lead in dramas…. he looks so common. LOL.
@cre, you got me curious now…. subtitle yet?
@Queenie Iqiyi is providing subtitles…and English softsubs (ripped from Iqiyi) is available if you know where to look–already up to ep 12 (this week’s worth of episodes).
