Wow. Such a young cast. Karry Wang Jun Kai from TFBOYS is only 18 and his female lead is Vicky Chen Wen Qi, the youngest (14) winner for the latest Golden Horse Award for Best Supporting Actress (The Bold, the Corrupt, and the Beautiful). The upcoming youth drama is Eagles and Youngster (天坑鹰猎) adapted from the novel written by Tian Xia Ba Chang following the rivalry of two hunting clans at the end of the 80s. Our hero begins the story around the same age as Karry (main reason why he’s chosen) and he’s tasked with finding an antidote to save his master shifu by traveling to a faraway land where he makes friends with a few key characters. He begins a dangerous journey of human against nature.

Not a huge fan of Wang Jun Kai but the stills look VERY COOL and the story looks good! It’s new to me (the story), sounds good, and is in a diff time period than normal. And excited for a “new” face – new in that I’ve never watched her stuff or heard of her personally.
Kinda excited.
