Deng Lun and Dilraba Dilmurat share a kiss in drama Sweet Dreams

Oh they look so sweet and honey together, the combination of beauty from male and female for sure! Modern drama Sweet Dreams (一千零一夜) follows our heroine who is a hotel employee; she’s a good girl – kind and helpful with only one weakness: her low self-esteem, which affects her life, hindering her career and not achieving her dreams. Naturally, she doesn’t have the courage to express her love for fellow co-worker (Deng Lun). An unexpected opportunity drops by, leading our lovebirds into a research study about dreams and improving sleep. A malfunction happens (brain waves traveling?), putting our heroine into the hero’s dream. In the dream, our heroine is able to put away her low self-esteem and help the hero overcome the shadows of his childhood. Through these dreams, she slowly recognizes how she’s missing out a lot in life and thus begins to put in efforts to change herself, learning self-confidence and courage. Dream and reality begin to merge and the two hard-working adults are able to harvest a successful career and a beautiful love.

      @ Royse

      Yes. Their coats’ color is very bad for Asians (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean…).

          @ Marshmallowy:

          Do you know how when we are wearing certain color, it will look so good on us & there are certain colors that just wash us out? This color & brown wash out the Asian group that I mentioned above in general. Asians (above) like us in general are looking better with “winter colors” = colors like white, purple, salmon, royal blue, etc (bright colors). When one picks out the right color for herself – it makes a different how she looks with that top, dress or jacket. Check out this link when you have a chance.

          “Pastel colors” are really bad for us also. Please Google “winters/summer/pastel colors” & read them when you have a chance. Someone taught me this color group thing many years ago. I started to pick out the colors that work best for my skin tone. It works.

        @dramas4me,
        what do you mean bad for asians? I like Kappy thought the backgrounds, filter, of the photos are too alike to their coats.

    I can’t shake off my image of Deng Lun as Xiao Shan Zhu’s dad in “Where are we going, dad?” Season 5. It’s hard to see him in a romantic hero light now. Argh!

    Lmao! I thought it was just me being picky about the ugly coats. So many cute coats in the world why did they pick that colour and style.

    I’m happy for Deng Lun’s success. I thought he would be stuck in supporting roles forever. Truth be told I’m surprised in a good way by his success as he isn’t conventionally good looking by celeb standards, doesn’t seem to have connections or a powerful agency. I think he is a very good and charismatic actor and it’s nice to see his hard work pay off with leading roles now.

    Am loving it so far hope the drama goes well and trailer would be good too.
