Adapted from Li Xin’s novel, Unmatched In This World (独步天下), Hong Kong actor, Raymond Lam, is portraying Qing Emperor, Hong Tai Ji in palace drama, Rule the World. Playing his main lady love is Tina Tang Yi Xin (The Legend of Chusen) and Zhang Rui plays Daišan, an older half-brother of Nurhaci’s successor, Hong Taiji. A lot of princes in here too ~

I am excited to see this one as well since I love Tina Tang. She has portrayed good and villain roles and I like that she was able to act out her roles marvelously. I hope this will be a good drama to watch. Although Ching dynasty is my least favourite what with the half bald hairdo, the costumes look nice and the ladies are always so pretty looking.

This news is enough to make me return to Cdramas, at least just for this drama. Pretty sure they’ll take away the time travel element but hope they don’t butcher the rest of the book.

Pretty pretty!! I might just take a look at this for the pretty, and maybe the storyline won’t be all about politics. What character is the guy on Tina’s other side in the second poster? I just remember him playing Wu Ah Ge in the new Huan Zhu Ge Ge.
