Men and women in uniform! Marine uniforms no less. Upcoming modern idol drama Deepwater Forces (深海利剑) takes on a different subject – the marine forces, led by rookie actors Gao Min Rui and Andrew Xu Yang and anchored by seasoned actors in Wang Yang and Wang Qiang. It will put the young recruits to work in the deep, mysterious blue sea whether or not they like it ~

Andrew Xu Yang. Also a new actor.

Zhou Fang. She was in The Young Doctor, Yunge from the Desert, Cuo Dian Yuan Yang, to name a few.

They actually filmed at a submarine academy for best possible effects.

I remember Gao Min Rui from Freshman! 192cm sounds about right haha.
Seems like a lot of the Freshman cast are doing well after the show. Just waiting for Ge Wei Yin now!

I remember Gao Min Rui…honestly Grade One is a bad series for them to actually showcase their skills (for the college series’s I mean) since a lot of it was focused on drama and stuff between peeps. So honestly, we he totally did NOT impress me at all in the show, I hope he proves me wrong here.
