The synopsis is mind-blowing, in terms of length (GAHH) and Tranzgeek has kindly translated it while I sulked over Princess Agents. Lol.

This scriptwriter also wrote Les Interpretes. Les Interpretes was a horrible drama, but the most awful aspect of it were its dialogues and I think the scriptwriter has to take full blame for having nonsensical dialogues. This is definitely a miss for me. Not to mention that the cast is super weak and the costumes look like they came out of the TVB wardrobe. This must be a webdrama because I can’t fathom that there being any broadcast stations daft enough to pick it up.
I know you guys love Janice Wu, but this has the word “flop” written all over it.

LOL. Kitai, I think all my favorites have flopped projects in their careers. Nothing serious. She’s young and needs to stay in the scene.
I agree with you. I myself, loves Janice a lot. But this drama, from costumes to storyline, you can tell it’s not gonna’ be a good one.
I LOVE THE PAIRING!!!…. But I do admit that the storyline doesn’t seem strong and sounds a bit crazy. And, I don’t like Zheng Ye Cheng’s hair. Sigh. But, nonetheless, I will still follow news about this and check it out because of my love for the two leads… ^_^
Zheng Ye Cheng was kinda bad in Journey of Flower (even for someone as non-picky as myself). He was ok in Love 020 but I’m not seeing much range, hopefully he’s improved since then.
He’s much better in 画江湖之不良人 / Hua Jiang Hu Zhi Bu Liang Ren. The costumes were terrible in that web drama as well, but the drama itself was very well produced with great story, acting and one of the best martial arts choreography I’ve seen in a long time.
