=======> ♦ Booting Ceremony kicked off on October 16th for youth campus drama, When We Were Young (青春最好时), with a twin sisters storyline. It’s headlined by some fresh faces in Zhang Xue Ying, Ceng Shun Xi, Zhao Xiu Lei, and Liu Meng Meng.
=======> ♦ Hope Mission (希望使命) stars Mao Zi Jun and Lin Yuan as leads. Filming began in the summer but they held a recent press conference. Yay for a lead role Mr. Mao! [Watch drama in Low Quality here]

=======> ♦ Wang Luo Dan and Zhang Jia Yi‘s medical drama, Emergency Room Doctors (急诊室医生) held booting ceremony on October 19th. Mr. Zhang is a solid actor.
=======> ♦ Song Yi and Thai Actor Push Puttichai‘s modern romcom Super Star: The Counter Attack Star Shine (逆袭之星途璀璨) held booting ceremony on October 25th. This drama is also the launching vehicle for many ladies from the Chinese girl group, SNH48, including Huang Ting Ting, Li Yi Tong, Xu Jia Qi, Mo Han, and Zhao Yue Deng. It makes sense since this is a show about the entertainment business. Our fanboys would be happy. Lol.

=======> ♦ William Chan and Liu Shi Shi‘s ancient drama, Lost Love in Times, held booting ceremony on the 24th. No official pictures of Liu Shi Shi’s face yet but you can see her backside and and blurry fantaken picture of her on set. The war scenes are looking good!

Can’t wait for the character stills for Lost Love In Time! The war scenes really does look good and real! And I am so ready for LSS’s return to another ancient drama!!! I hope William’s hair won’t be like the one in the character poster in another post… its so frustrating when you know he can be so much more attractive but the styling and hair just ruins it. But anyways, can’t wait for LSS and William’s chemistry~

Mao Zijun looks great in that uniform. Not enough to convince me to take on another Republican era drama, but at least I can drool over his stills haha.
Lost Love in Times looks great so far. Slightly reminiscent of Da Mo Yao for now but I’m looking forward to seeing more stills.
The vividness of colors in Oh My General is pleasing to the eyes, hehe. Still reading the novel but at a snail’s pace but I really like both leads. I do hope Sheng Yilun does his character justice—he’s quite lively in it. Meanwhile Sandra’s character is cool and reserved, which is what Sheng Yilun is in real life lol.
