Yoon Eun Hye cameos in Chinese Remake of Coffee Prince

Awww, it’s always nice to see original star cameo-ing in a role that brought out a different side to their acting. If you didn’t see the news back in April, Coffee Prince Lab is the remake of popular Korean series (Coffee Prince) starring Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo. Miss Yoon recently flew to China to shoot a few scenes with the Chinese team. She confesses that the experience was both intimate and foreign. She sees her younger self when she observes Xu Lu and finds her adorable, hard-working, and friendly. And of course, brownie points to Xu Lu for going under the scissors!

How is it that everyone looks cute with the short bob recently?!

Stills:

Yoon Eun Hye in a golden blouse and beautiful long locks. Ahh, the good old days.

The photos of Xu Lu wearing make up – she looks so much like Go Joon Hee.. O.O

Oh, you are right! BUT WHY THAT DRAMA? *cries at what it could’ve been*

Shouldn’t have make the girl’s hair too neat and skin so pale, her female side shows out so much, it is impossible to believe how blinded people are to think she’s a boy. I used to be amazed that Yoon Eun Hee looks good whether she’s a boy or girl. This one might be better off as a different drama than a remake to avoid comparisons…

Xu Lu has those petite facial features that no matter how hard they try, she’ll end up looking pretty… like a girl… XD

They should’ve probable cast the actress from Bromance? I didn’t watch the drama, but from the stills, she could definitely pass on as a young guy 🙂

You’re right Lenje. The only thing is Megan Lai scares me a bit because she’s stick skinny in the photos I saw.

Agree, but at the same time, I think it can be unreasonable to cast just based on looks, I mean, some people are naturally more androgynous than others. While Xu Lu would probably never pass as a believable male of any sort, she’s a decent actress with potential. While I don’t really watch either Xu Lu or Yang Le, I think the chemistry and acting should be more the focus than the female’s male-believability. I mean, yeah, Yoon Eun Hye passed really well as both a cute guy and a beautiful girl, but coffee prince is so popular and a classic because of the leads were great actors and had amazing chemistry.

        Just my two-bits.

Love YEH’s aqua heels, not so everything else. This vampiress needs a little bit of sun to relive her youth.

What do you think?
