I hope she doesn’t think too much about marriage and apply pressure to herself. As the oldest sister of three brothers, I’m both fearful and thrilled to send my brothers off to the ladies, but they are bad boys! So run girls! Lol.

Sorry for going off-topic, but I really really want to know if there’s any chance of a “Shan Shan” movie ever happening, since for all of Gu Man’s other novels they’ve filmed both a movie and a drama. And I’d love to see Zhao Li Ying reprise her role; she was really pitch-perfect as the cute-as-bunnies Shan Shan.

I actually don’t have a good answer for that since I don’t recall the details anymore. They were gonna film a movie version but since both actors weren’t available, it was pushed back and now it hasn’t been brought back. When it does, you’ll hear it from here. 🙂

(one more comment!) Is it just me, or is anyone reminded of Emma Swan’s dress in her dream sequence? Li Ying and Swan’s dresses are practically the same colour, and both evoke a Swan-Princess like feel with the feather details.
