Added 12/23/15. For more characters info, please visit the initial post. Old Nine Gates is the prequel to Li Yi Feng’s The Lost Tomb and focuses on the nine tomb-raiding families in the fight against Japanese invaders.

Old Nine Gates is divided into four parts, each part having 12 episodes, and plans to air starting in the summer of 2016 on Qiyi. Directing will be given to Liang Sheng Quan (Legend of Flying Daggers, Braveness of the Ming), He Shu Pei (Legend of Fragrance, Liu Shan Men), Huang Jun Wen (Liu Shan Men, Braveness of the Ming), and editing the drama script is Bai Yi Cong (The Lost Tomb).

She always managed to look so cute in all her dramas. Her roundish face is so “fresh”. Finally we have an actress that doesn’t look like all the rest with pointy V shape face. I hope this is a good drama. When will it be released though? Does anyone know? I love all her dramas and films. I actually only watch for her. Hopefully more chemistry with William 🙂 I almost ship them after all the cuteness they portrayed during the promo event and press conference as well as Happy Camp but nahhhhh…….just wait and see. If it happens, it happens.

She is just so pretty. Amazing how she can look and act like a clueless 14-16 years old then take on more mature roles and even badass. It is kind of rare in the C-ent industry. Plus I do like her “bun face”. I personally think it is fresher and a novelty. In some photos she look the same age as Ouyang Nana!!!! When I found out that she is 28 years old, I was like “what? are you sure…?” I am so looking forward to seeing this 2nd collab with William. They have great chemistry and seemed very comfortable with one another.
