The OTP of this drama is in the news a lot lately, either with new projects or getting stalked for their real romance. Fantasy drama The Classic of Mountains and Seas drops its first five-minute trailer today, giving us a peek into the perils surrounding the characters. Beasts and multi-heads reptiles are hired for props. Lol.

LOL! All the boys look hot except for the male lead Zhang Han!! Kenny has the best clothes. Vengo looks so smoldering in that fur coat.

I agree @Moonmoon, why does he have such thick eyeliner on? Kenny looks amazing. The story doesn’t sound too exciting though. Will probably skip this one. Looking forward to Legend of Zu… does anyone know when that’s coming out?

Isn’t Zhang Han also filming a drama with Park Min Young? C-actors and actresses are so active unlike K-actors, actresses coz in korea, if they make a comeback, they don’t usually film so many dramas in a year.
Off topic- is anyone watching My Best Ex-Boyfriend with Jerry Yan and Maggie Jiang? That drama is currently my crack, the cinematography and directing is so high quality for modern C-dramas. And the actors’ voices are not dubbed which says a lot about production quality.

Yes. I believe Mountains wrapped up filming a few months back. Braveness of the Ming will have a press conference in a few days and I will update pics then!

I am serious about the drama being high quality and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. You should at least check out the first ep to see how it goes. The ending theme song has been on repeat these days for me. The trailer looks messy with all the screaming and dramatic shtos but I know there are gonna be tons of cliches like any C-dramas with over 40 eps. Break-up, reconciliation between 4 leads is sure going to get crazy.
One great thing about C-dramas is that they air 2 eps a day, waiting is not a torture like K-dramas though lately I haven’t been watching K-dramas much.

I will at some point check it out since I do like Jerry and Ron mucho! They should have made a better trailer. Cdrama trailers are so dramatic and take the fun out of spoilers.

ROFL this is basically a Cdrama version of Fushigi Yuugi. We have a young girl who is the Suzaku no Miko (Guli Nazha) who everyone is trying to get their hands on cuz she has to power to awaken Suzaku, and she has to find the Suzaku 7 Warriors to protect her (Zhang Han’s character is like the most powerful / main guy of the Suzaku warriors). And then we have the rival Seiryuu no Miko and her attempts to thwart Suzaku no Miko…
So basically Guli Nazha’s character is like Miaka, Zhang Han’s character is like Tamahome, and that Seiryuu no Miko girl is like Yui. Now we just need the equivalent characters of like Nakago, etc. and there we have it…

i think i will skip this drama too, its look so boring..(more over they make a rumour about confirm in relationship when the trailer of drama is airing, make me sure not to watch this drama), dissapointed with zhan han, why have to confirm in relationship with he co partner when the drama ready to airing, is he not confident enough with his acting?? or maybe with Gulinazar as his co partner in this drama, so i will skip this drama. iam waiting for legend of Zu, Lucky Tian bao and imperial doctor.. this 3 drama must to watch because the actress and actors plus the story look so interesting.

I am waiting for Legend of Zu and Lucky Tianbao too. I wonder when/if Lucky Tianbao is ever going to release? I agree, not excited about the gulinazha/Zhang Han pairing or about gulinazha as a lead… her acting is not great, as a supporting actor, that’s fine… but not as a lead
