So the results are in and it’s pretty unexpected. Tang Yan might have been big but to get Ruby Lin and Choi Siwon on board?!!
Confirmed couples are from left to right: Ren Zhong and Ruby Lin, Choi Siwon and Liu Wen, Kimi Qiao and Xu Lu.

Let’s go down the couples by age. First up it’s Ruby Lin and Ren Zhong or the acting couple as both are actors. I’m so surprised Ruby would agree to do this considering how big of a star she is. Maybe she just wants to jump back into the dating scene for a while? I looked through Ren Zhong’s profile and I do not recognize him in any projects. He looks genuine and sweet in the stills though.
Ruby looks really bright and happy.
Second couple is the visual MODEL COUPLE: Korean actor Choi Siwon with China’s super model, Liu Wen. He’s two years older. In some stills, she looks as tall as him, though their official profiles say she’s 5’10 and he’s 6’0.
hehe, she gets to meet the Suju brothers before meeting the groom. Please note that Kang In is not that tall, he’s standing on a block. LOL.
They are one giant couple.

Lastly, the cute couple: Kimi Qiao and Xu Lu. She’s only 20 and he’s 27.

So, what do you guys think? I know I was skeptical before but now that I see how cute and sweet and pretty every couple is, my curiosity is piqued and I will be checking them out. You know what they say, curiosity kills the cat! See I’m such an easy prey!

man, ive been foloowing the new couple of korean we got married, and henry and yewon are cute – he’s a little too exaggerated sometimes but i like him, hes more creative than the new husband who is repetitive with his words.

I didn’t know they were going to have a China version. I wonder why Siwon didn’t do the Korean Version with his Super Junior member, Henry. Henry seems so new at this marriage thing, sometimes his actions makes me cringe XD My favorite couple so far is Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim.

I guess Siwon is determined to enter the Chinese Market as a legit crossover star now. He has a few Chinese movies and dramas…Then there’s the fanbase, the market, and the pay. Looking forward to see him speaking English and Chinese to our beautiful model! 😀

Wow! dear Kaptain A: our hearts are racing when my friends and I read your article on China’s We Got Married; especially so that Ruby Lin is there. My goodness, please allow our total likes and admiration for her . . we don’t know totally her reason for joining the said lovely cast . . .as long as she is happy and bright in this show and with that handsome Ren Zhong . . we are also overjoyed for her. Correct! As long as she’s happy doing the show, that’s all it matters at the end of the day. Plus, in the Chinese Version, they won’t be cohabiting and getting married, only doing casual dating and see where it leads. It might not even last as long as the Korean Version. China likes to keep their variety shows short and sweet. 🙂

I’m just still in shock that Siwon and Ruby agreed to do this variety show. Honestly, I really want to see Siwon and Ruby find their lifetime partner in reality and be in complete happiness. About time for either of ’em.
Siwon is smart pulling his Hallyu weight into the Chinese remakes market. Everything he participates in seems to get good credibility. His idol status amazes me at times. I had a lot of fun watching him in Kdrama – King of Dramas; I miss that crazy side to him.

I think doing this show is a leisure activity for Ruby. She’s not filming anything and it has been hard work in the past years being a producer and actress. She’s literally walking her dog around set all day. Lol. She’s having a blast!

My, what a comments on this coming show! We really loved reading your thoughts on this captivating blog. With her dog around, Ruby Lin is indeed having a happy time here. We also hope she will have enough time to look for that someone special. Of course, she still looks young and pretty, despite of her age. When I was home to our mother country last month, all of my relatives and friends who saw her pictures told me that she is only 25 years old! What a laugh as every one is guessing . . . Ruby is still charming, my dear . . . Ren Zhong is a good match for her in this one, we wonder on Wallace Huo . . Can we have an English subtitles for this show?

Siwon now, no idea what he’s doing here. Maybe for the fun of it too LOL. I mean, I guess just being yourself and maybe be stalked while you go on dates is an easy gig to do for some extra dough?
Still not sure I’ll watch (probably better for my sleep schedule anyway) but the stills are pretty and cute to look at!
