My favorite moment in this episode. Despite Ji Hyo’s confession about the guys treating her as a brother, one can tell from this picture the care and concern oozing out of their gaze and body language. Natural skinship from Mr. Sparta too! But the thing viewers see is that Ji Hyo didn’t brace the impact of Soo Ro’s attack like the members thought. She was on the edge and merely slipped, thanks to Kwang Soo. Her head didn’t hit the water like the center crowd. heehee!
Joining us this week is a group of youngins, with the boys towering easily over our Running team, except petite Min Hyo Rin.
Acting team invites Kim Soo Ro to lead the next generation of actors – Min Hyo Rin, Lee Jong Suk, Lee Jong Hyun, and Kim Woo Bin. Kim Jae Suk is added to the team, making him the enemy. 😛
I thought Jong Hyun is very tall, but he’s shorter than the School brothers. And how weak are they? You’ve seen them all broody and bruised and tough in School 2013. Remember? Erase those thoughts! 😎
Is it just me but Kim Woo Bin’s big smile reminds you of a fish? A perky Piranha? I think he’s taking over Jong Hyun’s role as the smile-and-then-go-home resident. The dude literally laughs at everything. It’s adorable.
The first game is name tag elimination. Each round consists of only two players from each team. Reinforcements are sent out once your team member is eliminated.
Impala and Giraffe VS Woo Bin and Jong Hyun. Leave it to Impala to call dips on the easy target – Jong Hyun. The look of shock on JH is hilarious. The Easy brothers put up a great fight until Impala exhausts his energy and suggests the youngins to go after Kwang Soo. Bad idea, Big Nose hyung. Don’t you know who’s the king of Betrayal?
Fear for his name tag, Kwang Soo skids away, leaving Impala to the glory of his Race-Starter days!
Sparta joins the game next and Kwang Soo’s happiness can’t be contained.
Woo Bin’s still smiling, while being shoved against the wall. heh.
A one-on-one battle. His fast reflex amps up and Giraffe successfully rippppps Woo Bin’s name tag. OMHG! I’m so proud of Kwang Soo!!
Surprisingly, Jong Hyun puts up a strong fort, lying on the ground to annoy Sparta. When Giraffe comes over to help, he locks Kwang Soo in this position:
Tsk. Tsk. Two eliminations in a span of two minutes.
Hyo Rin and Jong Suk head out. The blood on Jong Suk drains when Sparta shows up, after tricking the two innocent kids with his plan. LOL!
Bye Bye Giraffe! Who told you to stray so far from Sparta?
Haha also screams for Sparta but he’s not in near proximity. Sigh…
It’s our Ace’s turn. Gary says softly, “She isn’t fully awake yet…” Awwww. 😉
Yea baby! Sparta + Ace! Even their backs are formidable.
Gotta love the confident air around these two. Take a snap at Ji Hyo’s crossed arms. Like a boss.
Two lovebirds – Jong Suk + Hyo Rin – are goners. I mean, what else did you expect?
Game Devil + Grasshopper VS Sparta + Ace
Jong Kook’s nervous smile whenever one of his hyungs appears on the show.
I like the way Jong Kook keeps a hand on Ji Hyo’s back while she shakes hand with Soo Ro. Like saying, “I got chuuuu.” 😛
RARW!! FIGHT FIGHT!!
Soo Ro tears Sparta’s name tag off. That leaves…….
OUR MONDAY COUPLE. The strongest when they’re together. I knew they would win.
Soo Ro is happy a tad too early.
Poor them. Being smashed against a wall. A pair of shrimps against the big bad lobsters!
Notice how Gary arm clamps behind Ji Hyo’s back to protect her name tag. 😉
Sniper hand Ace grabs Soo Ro’s tag and ripppppppps it off! He’s flabbergasted, being outed by a girl he thinks is not capable. You’re wrong!
The tide has turned, Grasshopper. His face says it all.
Jae Suk manages to out Gary, but Ji Hyo’s grip on his name tag is unrelenting.
Victory dance to our girl. CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA!
Well, beside name-tag ripping, the second nature to our Running team? Gloating.
Second Round: Mini games. First is eating relay. Gary’s face. 😛
The boys cracking up.
Haha’s wolfing down the chocolate bars like they’re chewy snacks.
Cue! The boys laugh. What a bunch of happy puppies. Lookie at Woo Bin.
True to his strict diet, Kookie chooses water, the healthiest among other snacks. But Gwang Soo’s inability to whistle has everyone in stitches.
The acting team is up next. Hyo Rin tackles the egg while Woo Bin eats his ramen like he’s shooting a commercial, which enrages Grasshopper. 😀
Grasshopper is last. Same as Giraffe, he has the coke bottle and burps upon finished. CUE! More raucous laughter!
Acting team wins.
Next game. Our acting team thought their height would guarantee the win. Unfortunately, height does not equal flexibility. Don’t they know how far they can go before picking this game?
Check our Sparta’s strategy. It works. And look at Gary. He’s really the wild card in all games. You’ll never know his strengths until he shows them.
More victory dance.
Water game! =DDDDD
Gary takes on the tall, lanky boys. Results:
Mr. #2.
His calm, smug face:
Although he fails to flip Woo Bin. I’m glad Sparta completes the (easy) task. HAHAH 😀
During the second round, Jae Suk rids of Sparta and ends up in the water with Ji Hyo.
He quickly checks Ji Hyo to see if she’s okay. Aw.
Third round. Game Devil bulldozes his way into the weak formation. Sparta should’ve been the front liner!
The last game is similar to the games they have been playing. Stealing the radishes, stuff animals, and now flag. It gives me a headache.
True:
Although the acting team has pretty boys, I find our running men THIS attractive today!

I have to watch this for Gary. Poor Ji-hyo balancing RM and her new drama w/ Mr Nayo. She isn’t Wonder Woman for nuthin’. Back on Gary, does he look leaner (fit) to anyone else in this episode? Or is it just my hallucination? LOL

hehe Running on RM keeps them all fit, I guess. But Gary continues to look good in my eyes. I soooo luff him!!
Ji Hyo looks really tired. T_T

Ji Hyo is awesome!! I actually didn’t really like her at first cus of Jumong (I skimmed it and didn’t like how she ends up being the wife of Jumong cus I already shipped him with Seo No lol) but now I really like her, thank you Running Man!! She really is the Ace 🙂 I just hope she can still film RM with a drama and all.
Btw, who thought the RM cast shoulda won this time? I mean, how can they put the flag on the wrong pole? Lol.

I almost always want the RM cast to win. Especially against the twiggy Idols. 😀
