Yoo Jae Suk trolling the remaining teams. Hee!
Loved these two episodes! I enjoyed seeing one of my top actresses with the family, but that tiny part of me wished the PD has saved the X-Man concept for Yoon Eun Hye (if she ever comes on) instead, or at least someone with a stronger connection to the show X-Man, like Kim Jong Min?
This is a spazzing post. That is all!
Right off the bat in episode 114, we have two confessions. Moon Geun Young reveals she watches Running Man for Gary, while Spartakook confesses that he adores her as an actress. I get giddy every single time an established actress chooses Gary as her favorite. You see, Gary has passed that look expectation for many ladies already. What many calls an unattractive face has become the most well-loved running man because of his cheesy lines and laid-back personality. When she quips about the vacated Monday Couple position, I was holding my breath. She’s serious!
Turns out the PD has another love line for our girl. Episode 115 begins with a banging performance from DBSG in the early morning, in a lawn. Love how everyone’s like, “WTH?…Who?…DBSG!…Seriously?!!”
Oh Changmin. Look at his embarrassed smile.
Where else can you see a bashful Kim Jong Kook playing with his
hair strings like a coy little girl?
Monday Couple finally has their time alone and Gary states that he’s been having the Monday Syndrome after their supposed break-up. Me too! He tries to lighten up her spirits by saying, “To be honest, I don’t think MGY is that pretty!” Aw, c’mon Gary! Focus on Ji Hyo!
I was a little bit disappointed because I was looking forward to HaHa-Changmin couple wreaking havoc across the board! We didn’t have any of that. So much potential in these two being evil kids!
SpartaKook firmly holds Miss Moon’s hand, while the others complain.
Jae Suk: “We all have to hold hands because of these two [KJKxMGY]!”
HaHa: “Just because of one couple! We all had to hold hands!”
Gary: “What’s wrong with it? It was NICE!” Right on cue, Ji Hyo laughs.
See Gary, this is the way to lift her spirits!
The Fight to the FRAME: ChangMin going fiercely against Yunho.
ChangMin is in! But where’s your partner Mr. Perfect teeth?
I see what you did there Miss Moon!
Discussing strategy and hooking arms with SpartaKook. 😛
MC Yoo preventing the success of Sparta’s dream photo.
Yay! You got your partner in the frame, Changminnie!
Although Gary is quite small, he successfully blocks Changmin in the background, who’s joining in the fun with mud-throwing. HA!
MC Yoo and HaHa’s petty fight. Because you need to get dirty in games like this. Reminds me so much of Family Outing.
Geun Young looks perfect in every screen shot.
Yoo Jae Suk didn’t expect Geun Young to learn so quick from his own trick eh?
Giraffe is determined to STAY.
Ji Hyo is stuck in the mud.
Gary plays the part of a jilted lover, “Tell me that you want to start seeing me again!”
Ji Hyo: “YAH!!”
Gary: “Tell me now! Tell me that you do!!”
Ji Hyo: “Yah! Get lost!” *flings him to the ground*
How much do I love these two?
Blank Ji Hyo, with no care about winning. At this point.
Yunho’s handsome face, Jae Suk’s spooked face, earns them 2nd place!
Giraffe (is that you, buddy?) What a miserable day for this lad. He’s too tall for the outfit, his feet too long for the rubber boots. Just a mess.
A new couple is born.
Gary mindlessly enters this paradise…
….leading to SpartaKook’s shove of revenge. Too Funny how he keeps a straight smiling face. hahah!
Ji Hyo learns something new: Gary is high-maintenance!
Gary: “You didn’t know that?”
Ji Hyo: *tries to put on his rubber boots*
Gary: “You’ve to do it with your heart to get it back on! You can’t do it merely with your hands! These boots are specially made like that.”
Ji Hyo: *ignores his whines and continues*
Gary: “You have never been this good to me.”
Ji Hyo: “You’re really high-maintenance! Seriously!”
Gary: “That’s why women can’t leave me!” *Ji Hyo collapses*
The rest of the cast looks on with envy.
Did the little mermaid ever got stuck in mud? *Cue “under the sea, under the sea“*
Apparently, her boyfriend Gary is trying out new adventure on land. *flails after being pushed by Giraffe*
Now he knows land animals are not so nice.
Ji Hyo: “What the crap, I’m exhausted! Let’s get this over with!”
Ah, there you are
A very unhappy Lord Voldemin…
But he can’t help but smile. I love how Yunho has to keep up with his cool leader image while Changmin’s utter shock in his quick elimination is every bit telling on his face. heeeee!
On a random note, I’m dreading Moon’s upcoming drama with Park Shi Hoo! The cast is fantastic but the theme of this one terrifies me. Fashion! Oh Fashion! Did they not watch the slaughter of recent fashion dramas? 3 Reasons why I dislike:
- The female villains always dresses better than our leading girls. Take a look at Baby-Faced Beauty and Fashion King. Jang Na Ra and Shin Se Kyung wore these formless rags around like they’re five.
- The plot goes round-and-round, pitting the two girls against each other. It’s like, we get the point, no matter how hard these villains work or where they studied, they can’t beat natural talent. *roll eyes*
- It’s boring.
You know what I was praying? Please let her be Joo Won’s leading lady in his romcom. 1987 couple! But no! No one’s listening to me. T_T
