Synopsis: Ma Ru would have done anything for Jae Hee, the love of his life. But she uses his trust to frame him for a murder she committed and then marries an older, rich man to escape her life of poverty. Devastated by her betrayal, Ma Ru is a changed man. Once a promising medical student, he works as bartender and gigolo and uses women to get what he wants. When he meets the daughter of Jae Hee’s new husband, he realizes he can use her to get back at Jae Hee and hurt her just as much as she hurt him.

      i don’t know sjk can act serious…always watch him in romcom

        Am not sure about SJK. I think i wrote somewhere that i feel like he’s just unsmiling. He doesn’t have the depth/the skill level to pull it off. Not saying that he can’t get there but he def needs some more work – he does the comedy thing with ease but this requires some serious acting chops.

        The Wolfboy pics are kinda nice, so he’s an actual wofl or does it refer to him being in the forest for a long time

          How are you finding it, so far? Myself, I’m actually quite impressed by Joong Ki’s slight facial expressions — he doesn’t show much, but a blink here, a swallow there, and he turns Maru into something less than utterly robotic and heartless. And his chilling gazes are chilling indeed. As the drama progresses, I think his range of expressions increases as the character thaws and mends.

      It is so worth the lack of laughter — and I’m not even usually a fan! The sweet scenes and the comic relief makes up for the tension.

    I LOVE Song Joong Ki!!!! I think he’s a really good actor, alltough he’s so young… I think he gives a really good “image” of the things Kang Ma Roo must be feeling, and I really love the script/ story too. And did someone notice Gong Chan’s girlfriend from “My Girl”? She plays her part so well! As for Moon Chae Won… I admire her endlessly, she’s so good! LOL looks like I’ve only good things to say about tis drama!
