[Shows] Happy Land 161 – No Twinkle Time this week!

Due to some odd reason – maybe the holiday? – Twinkle Time was not shown this week. Gahh!

– Comment: Hilarious episode with the guys! This is my first time seeing Lee Hyun on a variety show, he’s oddly adorable with the antics. This episode is Eru & Brian focused, not so much on the latter three. Nonetheless, the match-making process with Bong Sun will have you rolling. Too bad they didn’t have time to play/air the finger game. I love that game!

The song that Chang Min & Lee Hyun sang together is their duet song released over the summer called “I was able to Eat well”. Watch the ab-packed music video here. Download song here. Seo In Gook’s song is called “My Baby U”. The song is too cute to be in my hard-drive (I’m a certified ballad freak), but feel free to watch a performance here. SIG is a such a bubbly bunny. 😀

    I absolutely love Changmin!!
    He has a witty sense of humor, a soulful voice, and such a bright, likable personality.
    I don't know how he brushes off all those jokes about his looks, I'd get tired of it after a while.
    And Seo In Gook is such a cutie!! I totally agree with you about him being such a bubbly bunny~~~
    When Lee Hyun just tousled his hair, or was it a noogie?, I could see they had such a close sunbae/hoobae (older brother/younger brother) relationship.
    And I got chills hearing Brian talking about an older woman that Eru liked.
    I didn't really know Eru that well before the scandal about him having an intimate relationship with a composer who went on TV saying Eru's dad hired gangsters to break them up and how she had to get an abortion.
    But since I do know about it, it's kind of in the back of mind, and I can't like him as much as I would have if I hadn't heard about the scandal.
    Of course the woman confessed that everything was a lie, and many people think she's a psycho as she tried to bring to court the netizens who left negative comments on her minihompy, was hospitalized, then said everything was NOT a lie, but true, and then Eru's dad had to show a text sent by her demanding hush money, and then she released an autobiography, and then released a topless picture of herself, and the drama continues.
    But I also think I read somewhere that she won a KBS award as best composer, composed "Prayer," a really great song from Autumn in My Heart's OST, and other successful songs.
    It's really disturbing to find out that songs one likes has been composed by an unbalanced person.
    But then again, there was another scandal where suddenly like 10,000 copies of Eru's latest album were sold. It had been a while since his album was released, and only a couple hundred albums were being sold per week, when suddenly, right after the scandal broke out, 10,000 copies were sold in one day. His fan clubs denied that this was their doing, so….
    Anyways, I feel sorry for Eru, because it could take a long time for him to get over this.
    It seems really unfair to him.
