Not much news going on lately because of the coronavirus and filming has halted for most dramas and actors are resting at home. Stay safe everyone, protect yourself and be considerate of others when you don’t feel well!
This list is ranked by Douban users, so it’s Chinese-based. I do think it’s quite fair and there are a variety of series on the list. How many have you watched and loved?
Can see why they’re so happy. Each has 3 dramas on the list. Chusen with them together tops the list. Lol. Ratings is such a weird concept. We might find a drama so frustrating and rage-inducing, and yet we still tune in, contributing to the enormous view count. WHYYYYYYY?
Take this list with a grain of salt, as with any ranking surveys. The actors and actresses included are pulled from the hottest dramas of this summer, which to me is a bit odd since some of the included names are rather too young.
I usually don’t really pay attention to these rankings, but I’m so proud of my our girl! Zhao Li Ying only has one movie + one cameo appearance + one poorly promoted drama out in the first half of 2016 and here she is, surpassing many top celebrities to rank first in both female and top 50 celebrities, based on baidu news search, social media hype, and online drama views, methinks. It’s also funny the top dogs are the ones related to folks about-to-get-married. You know who is on the male list right? Lol.
