The Best of You In My Mind with Song Yi Ren and Zhang Yao gears up promos

Based on the novel written by Zhu Yi, The Best of You In My Mind (全世界最好的你) is a modern romance starring Song Yi Ren and Zhang Yao as the leads. The story follows their childhood well into their adulthood. She’s a blunt girl from a broken family and he’s an arrogant archer, both meeting again in college. He nurses a love for her for years while she remains oblivious to his feelings until that night where she is drunk and her antics prompt her to look at her own feelings differently.

Filming Begins: Ma Ke’s New Dragon Gate Inn, Guan Xiao Tong’s Feng Qiu Huang

Two dramas began filming in the last two days. One we already know since Yumama made a big fat mess last time when pulling a switcheroo on us. The other one is headlined by Sha Jie Jie Ma Ke. This kid has been working back-to-back since Hua Qian Gu. Lol.

Zhang Ruo Yun and Sun Yi’s Migratory Birds to air in March

With February coming to a close, dates are being dropped left and right for March broadcast! Seriously though, how are ya’ll doing with the February dramas? I mentioned Fifteen Years of Waiting for Migratory Birds back in November of 2015 and here it is with a premiere date, some stills, and a cute trailer. I’m curious how they are gonna go melo on us…if I’m reading the right story. Lol. Everything seems fluffy and colorful from the promotional materials.

Zhang Ruo Yun leads 15 Years of Waiting for Migratory Birds

Oh. I’m feeling old for real now. Beside Zhang Ruo Yun (Wu Xin The Monster Killer, Sparrow), the rest of the fresh faces are born after 1990! Fifteen Years of Waiting for Migratory Birds is a drama adaptation of a novel written by Ying Feng. It is one of the youth dramas produced by Hunan TV to follow Taekwondo Girl. I skimmed through the synopsis and it’s not a happy ending. Someone will die but I won’t tell you who. Some fans call it a gentle kind of death. Maybe they will change the ending for the drama version. Who knows. But the cast is mostly consisted of fresh meat (pretty ones!). =P
