More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I knew the production team would take their time in releasing stills so I waited…and waited…and finally, a good amount of photos to post! They haven’t revealed the costumes for our leading lady, Victoria Song, yet, so fanboys would have to wait a while longer. I really like that they kept the white/silver hair aspect of the characters. For those who didn’t read the previous posts, Ice Fantasy is the drama adaptation of Guo Jing Ming‘s fantasy novel, following the epic battles for the throne and the love-hate relationship between two brothers (Feng Shao Feng and Ma Tian Yu). One who wants nothing but freedom and the other one wants nothing but grants him that wish; however, he goes about it all the wrong ways.

*note: more pictures to be added as they come out

*note #2: since a few skipped Dan Hennah’s poster below (lol), I will emphasize that he’s invited to join the art team, hence the strong similarities to his other work: The Hobbit.

Stills:

Our male lead, Ka Suo, the older brother and King of Ice Tribe, played by Feng Shao Feng. I like the added hair ornaments for each character.

RESERVING THIS SPOT for our female lead, played by Victoria Song. Her looks/costumes are not revealed yet. Plus, they are editing the storyline to add more scenes for her since romance wasn’t the focus as much as the bromance.

—– RESERVED —-

The younger conniving brother, Ying Kong Shi, played by Ma Tian Yu (Surprise). He looks beautiful. Too much pretty for me! Hoping that this role will bring him into the limelight!

Ice Fantasy is produced by Shanghai Youhug Media (Prince of Lan Ling, Divorce Lawyers, Lady and the Liar). Editing the source material for the drama script is Shen Zi Ning (Hidden Intention, Schemes of a Beauty, Beauty Without Tears) and directing goes to Ju Jue Liang (Patriot Yue Fei, The Stand-In).

The novel is translated by Kris Wu’s adoring fans at Fiery Dragon Breath, go check it out if you’re interested.

A lot of pretty pictures! 🙂 Thought when I saw the first pictures “Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII.” (Kind of.)

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

LOL all the white/silver hair looks like Sephiroth cosplays 🙂

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

The younger brother totally fits the bill as Seph. He’s quite a psycho. Lol.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

This gets better and better … 😀
Sephi is one of my favorite villains ever :)))) Totally unhinged in a strangely methodical and focused way. You have to admire the commitment to be this crazy. If there’s one thing cdramas lack in general, it’s the spectacular villains. I hope little bro lives up to the expectations.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Looks like the season for spectacular villains are coming up eh? We have Mr. Human Chopper in Wallace Huo’s Love Me If You Dare and now unhinged brother with a dose of twisted display of love for his elder brother. EXCITED!

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Love Me If You Dare?! Is this on? Isn’t it a rom-com? I keep hearing contradictory stuff about it. I thought the murders have only insignificant part in the story?

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

You’re not hearing conflicting things, Nell. Lol. The romance department is light and cute but has a thriller/mysterious aspect to put out OTP together solving crimes. A drama can’t just be all dark without light right?

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Yeah, I guess so. Although, I would like to see a drama doing dark right, even just once.

  2. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

The white hair makes them look like apart of the elves from Hobbit

  3. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

OMG! Everyone’s crazy beautiful here! It’s sort of got a game franchise promo vibe though. I guess I’m too used to NiF’s rich, quality clothing that depite the beauty the clothes here look so much like costumes. Still, they’re amazing. Especially Ma Tian Yu! God, his styling here is so good, he’s as pretty as an ice version of Lan Ling Wang should be! Lol feng shao feng. Anyways.

Yayay, that dude is our dear eagle general dude in Nirvana in Fire, Jing Wang’s right hand man. I forgot if it was Lie Ying, or Zhan Ying, or something like that. He’s pretty cute though. The guys all have a Legolas/Thranduil look…very elfy.

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

LOL Jing Wang’s right hand man (Lie Zhanying) is pretty cool! 🙂

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Let me explain. I don’t mean the clothes are cheep looking, it’s just, there was so much texture (visible texture) in the clothes of Nirvana in Fire where as the clothes here look like it’s completely “frictionless”-smooth texture, but doesn’t have the shine of satin, so it looks kind of like the smooth almost plasticky material you find on costumes and not like real clothes that were worn regularly by people.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

LOL I think you misunderstood my meaning cuz when I said Lie Zhanying was cool I was talking about his character in Nirvana in Fire.

I totally get what you mean about the costumes because I totally agree with you! The costumes in Nirvana in Fire actually look like historical clothes whereas the costumes here in Ice Fantasy look like cosplay/dress up. Nirvana in Fire’s costumes have very fine textured embroidery with beautiful muted fabrics that is just like what ancient Chinese costumes should look like.

TBH the look here in Ice Fantasy feels too western. It’s like they copied stuff from Lord of the Rings / The Hobbit. Like come on, Feng Shao Feng’s whole look is like a Thranduil 2.0! Even the pose with the sword is exactly the same! Plus the whole white long straight hair thing and the silvery costumes – straight out of The Hobbit if you ask me.

Ma Tianyu has always been pretty so it’s no surprise he’s out prettying everyone here L)

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I’m serious. Look at the promo posters of Thranduil from the first Hobbit movie and you’ll see what I mean. The styling, posing, costumes, the whole look/design are so similar. I’m a huge Rings/Hobbit/Silmarillion fan so I’m not nitpicking or anything, but Tolkienverse is very distinctly Western and copying their aesthetic into an ANCIENT CHINESE setting is just wrong.

It’s the same complaint I have with Legend of Zu and Hua Qiangu. The Western anachronisms in Hua Qiangu took me out of the drama so many times while I was watching it. Like c’mon, Bai Zihua had a set of INTERNATIONAL CHESS in his room like WTF??! Zixun’s palace looks copied from Rivendell. The Liuguangqin looks like a Western harp (wasn’t it supposed to be a Chinese guqin???).

Legend of Zu looks like it’s copied from Rings/Hobbit/Ancient Sword. Everything is WAY too colorful and look like cosplay. The swords are brightly painted from handle to blade like WTF??! They look like toy swords. Nicky Wu’s evil overlord look is like a Chinese version of Thorin.

I sound like I’m nitpicking but it’s stuff like these that really takes me out of a movie/drama. It’s like seeing samurai aesthetic in Lord of the Rings – there’s nothing wrong with samurai aesthetics, but it’s in the wrong place!

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

LOL I didn’t pay attention to that Western chess in BZH’s room.

Bright and oversaturated colors is one of the issues with the Legend of Zu, but now I consider it as a pure fantasy, although to be honest I don’t understand Nicky’s decision. But perhaps he did indeed target the youngsters, video-game dedicated teens for the drama.

Just for useless information, I have a set of kitchen knives in bright colors from the handle to the blade and edge :D. I’m still slightly surprised sometimes how those toy-look wares actually cut and chop :))))

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Yeah. I was totally disappointed in the way Legend of Zu looked. Gu Jian Qi Tan was understandable because at least it was a RPG adaptation. It’s a video-game so I expected more fantasy elements and things to look flashier and unrealistic. Legend of Zu though. It’s supposed to based off Wuxia/Xianxia type novels. Even thought there are demons and gods and we can expect some level of “magic” in a sense. It’s still supposed to be Wuxia. It’s like Nicky took out all WuXia elements. All higher-powered characters use their amazing magic powers and don’t even need swordplay or kungfu anymore. They just wave their hands and battle with the strength of their magical field of energy. All the costumes look like cosplay costumes and are just not cool. When Legend of Zu first came out with the watercolor posters, I was like wow, this looks so nice and elegant and pure quality. and then it just looked like video-game promos. I feel like all production look like that now adays. Even Romance of the Condor Heroes looked fake. That was a Jin Yong adaptation. Jin Yong writes pure Wuxia! That too look flowery and fake and overly-colorful. That’s why NiF is so amazing. Good job Shanying for creating something of quality and not just following trends. Even the Myth (someone mentioned that) had, CGI, but didn’t look as fake as productions do now.

Sorry. As you can tell, I’m just so pissed about this. I’ve got to say, even WuXin FaShi, despite its fantastical elements, looked like an actual period drama, and not a video-game promo. Despite my disappointment in productions now adays, I can’t stop watching them, cuz they choose to adapt great stories and great novels with nice premises. I’m just hoping at least some percentage of them will end up like NiF. That’s why despite Wuxia being my favorite genre, I’ve been watching a lot more Republican-era stuff, cuz at least they tend to look more genuine.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

The only upside to Legend of Zu is I like ZLY’s character and they made her look really pretty. Everyone else (except maybe Nicky Wu’s character, which is slightly less flat) is jut boring and predictable and very not-complex-at-all!

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Like if you look at the clip from the 1990 version of Legend of Zu in Kap’s first post about it, look, people actually used their weapons! They actually did things with their swords! Despite the lightsaber-beams-of-light effects, they possessed at least a few kungfu moves! Their clothes still looked realistic! People wore muted purples and pinks and whites instead of bright baby blue and neon violets. In the 2015 version, even when people wore white, it was like white lined with sea-green. Their swords looked like metal and were silver! What a surprise.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Speaking of ancient Chinese aesthetics, the Nirvana in Fire art/design team did their research well because the whole look of Nirvana in Fire is very distinctly historical Chinese. Everything from the palette to the costumes, styling, design, sets, etc. look very ancient Chinese.

Costumes/sets are so important in every production because they really establish the setting. Nothing takes audience out of the story like seeing the wrong thing in the wrong place or at the wrong time. (I sound so picky LOL but my aunt who works in styling for Chinese opera productions always emphasizes the importance of aesthetics…)

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

T.T why can’t Shanying produce everything! If shanying ever ventured into the fantasy realm, I’m sure they’d excel at that too.

  4. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

by the way, Ma Tian Yu is totally out-rocking Feng Shao Feng in the all-white style. Maybe it’s because MTY’s hair suits him more, both in style and in color. FSF’s is more grey-blue-ish and so it makes his yellow-toned peachy-ish face stand out in a really strange cosplay way. Ma Tian Yu’s look looks more natural, like he is the character, maybe because his hair is more pure white silvery, and idk how to describe, it complements his skin more like his skin’s more pale moon-like rather than obviously flesh-toned. Like his face doesn’t look out of place with his whiteness.

Ok this is a really weird description. idk if I got my point across.

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

It’s not weird. You are correct. FSF’s face is too peachy. MTY’s has a sort of ashy, gray-ish tinge which looks better next to the silvery white hair.
Of course, we won’t know how they actually look like until we see them in action. 🙂 These images could all be just bad PS jobs.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Lol. Speaking of skin-tones. I can’t help but notice, it’s a good thing that Nirvana in Fire started filming in the winter and continues into spring/summer. It totally totally fits the timeline of the series. It makes everything so realistic! Like in the beginning when it was winter in the series, the actors really were in the winter. You could totally tell because their ears and hands would be pink-ish, clear sign of cold, and their breaths were visible. The thorough attention paid to even such minute details makes the production so high-quality. It totally transports you to the scene.
Haha I feel like nowadays, no matter what discussion I join, I will end up praising NiF, The Disguiser, Shanying, Hu Ge, Wang Kai to high heavens and back. So obsessed.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

If you ask me NiF should have gone even further. No magical kungfu flying and jumping. It is especially bad every time I see a scene with Hu Ge’s young sidekick. I keep getting ROCH flashbacks and it gets me out of the story.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I feel like that’ll be too difficult to ask for in terms of Wuxia related stuff. I know Lang Ya Bang is more historical than Wu Xia, but there’s still mentions of like JiangHu and stuff. QingGong (aka the crazy flying) is such an integral part of Chinese literature in that it’s basically part of traditional Chinese medicine and stuff. The whole acupuncture, inner Qi and energy circulation stuff. I think that’s just a culture thing. Even in older dramas and movies, they had the “flying over water” and “flying through bamboo forests” stuff. Personally NiF is so far from recent productions quality wise that idk, it’s never reminded me of ROCH. I feel like any period drama I’ve seen has some sort of QingGong incorporated, that it doesn’t bother me. I kind of like it. It’s like a sign of kungfu skill.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Well, they manage to produce historical movies without flying, so I don’t know why there’s such a divide between “realism” in dramas and “realism” in movies. 🙂

The actor who plays the sidekick also starred as the younger version of Young Guo in Yumama’s adaptation of ROCH. That’s why I get flashbacks. The productions are not similar otherwise.

  5. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I’m gonna watch this for Ma Tian Yu. Boy needs some loving and more recognition. I want him to be like an anti-hero. I love villains that I wanna root for T^T

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

He does! And this is one juicy role of twisty vileness! He’s the perfect candidate with that shady character going on. 😀

  6. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Oh LOL everyone get this – apparently we weren’t hallucinating with the Rings/Hobbit similarities because I just found out (according to Baidu) they got Dan Hennah to be one of the designers on this.

Dan Hennah is part of the art/design team for Rings/Hobbit.

I still stand by my point that while pretty, the aesthetics is all wrong for a story set in historical China.

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

No wonder! I was getting so much LOTR/Hobbit vibes from looking at the pictures.

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

did you ladies conveniently scroll past dan hennah’s poster kappy posted above stating him as the art director (second to last pic)? LOL!! its been mentioned in previous posts too that they got him on board.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I honestly did not see Dan Hanneh’s name until I saw it on Baidu when trying to find out what the story is about LOL

I guess I was too busy looking at the actors/actresses 🙂

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Miss Shimo is too busy staring at the pretty boys to notice the old man. =D

  7. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Sorry to the ladies but the guys in these costumes rock them a lot better. The guys are prettier than them, hahahaha.

These stills are a huge jump from the very first batch (which looked like some cheap PS job tbh), I’m suddenly interested in this Ice Fantasy!

  8. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Elves alert! Elves alert! The similarities to LOTR aside….I’m sooooo going to watch this despite the heartbreaking ending. This is going to be an action and special effects fest – the kind I like! Not sure if they are going to change the ending to appeal to the audience but the value of Ice Fantasy lies in the fantasy world and the quest the characters will be enduring….it’s kind of a RPG turned drama. If you’re a gamer and into fantasy worlds, you’ll love this, but if you are looking for fantasy, romance and happily-ever-afters, you’ll hate this. Not much of romance (in fact, zero)…whole focus is on the brothers and their love for each other (although the younger brother has a rather twisted notion of it) and action… lots of action!

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

They will be changing the storyline to spice up the romance angle. I don’t mind that as long as they keep the bromance intact because that is what drew me to the storyline in the first place. Maybe I’ll finish reading the novel now… *dilemma*

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Yes, the bromance is the highlight of this story. In fact, it is the reason why there is a story to begin with! Oh… you should finish reading the novel, Kap. At least you’ll be mentally and emotionally prepared for the devastating ending (if they are sticking to it).

  9. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Does anyone else think Josie the main girl looks like Wang Luo Dan?

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

She does, a Wang Luo Dang with bigger eyes! She looks very Korean to me somehow in that getup, she looks chinese normally.

I think I’m falling in love with Ma Tian Yu Kappy, can I claim him from you for a day? He is beautiful. The Lu ZI Zhen girl definitely steals the title of being the prettiest female for me!

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Lol, Lu Zi Zhen, in her first still, looked like Wang Ou to me, the (newly discovered in my case) actress in Disguiser as Wang Man Chun and in Nirvana in Fire as Ban Ruo.

  10. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Wished the costume aesthetics and hairstyles are more Chinese than a mere copycat of LOTR, although I wonder if the men’s hairstyling in LOTR was influenced by Chinese men’s ancient hairstyles, just as the currently popular man-buns.

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

      I agree with you 🙂

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

At least the girls (or at least the sub-main girl Josie. lol I keep think she’s the lead cuz I conveniently forget Victoria exists in this production. tbh, nothing against Victoria, but I typically don’t think much of idols-turned-actors…they’re just generally not great. That’s why I’ve never understood the hype surrounding Wi YiFan, although that might just because I’ve never thought he looked that great…or that he was that great of a singer…maybe I’m just being picky)…
Anyways. At least the girls look more asian that the guys. Lol that’ s what I was trying to say before I got sidetracked.

  11. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

OMG! If the real thing is even half as pretty as its posters, I’ll watch it even if the story is crap. I survived HQG, how bad could this be?! I hope Victoria’s posters do not disappoint.

Also, I never noticed it before I read the comments, but they do look like they were influenced by LOTR/Hobbit’s aesthetics. That’s not bad in my book. :))))

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Nothing could beat the bad that is HQG! LOL. I’m setting it as the standard for all horrible romance/logic gone wrong.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Ikr, such a waste of talent. I need a nice fantasy drama after HQG and now Legend of Zu turned out to be such disappointments. But then again, this will probably air some time next year, soo I’ll die of boredom by that time….

  12. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Oh my goodness! What beautiful costumes! Reminds me of “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit.” 😀

Wait a minute….so the art director actually worked on “The Hobbit”? Does this mean there will be an English version of this drama?

  13. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

By the way, that first poster of Ma Tian Yu reminds me of Yue from Cardcaptor Sakura. 😀

  14. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I am looking forward to this production. I loved both The Prince of Lan Ling and Lady and Liar. I have watched them multiple times.

  15. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Fanboy mode is ON. Wish Song Qian wouldn’t have wasted her time on that “f(x) comeback” thingy. We still don’t know when the group is coming back, SM entertainment is hopeless and a waste of time.

  16. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

    Hi all,

I just finished reading the translated novel. Now I’m afraid to watch this drama, if you know what I mean. 0_0

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Isn’t it crazy twisted? I only read five chapters….and I’m not gonna read the rest because I want to be surprised. Plus, there are gonna be huge changes to the drama adaptation. Cheer Up Lyra! 🙂

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

It was really fast paced. I read five or so chapters in one sitting and wanted to keep going, but sleep overtook me. :p

Thanks for letting me know about the changes, Kaptain A. I feel that this is one drama where changes from the novel are needed. 😀

  17. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Waiting for Victoria’s posters patiently….. hers is the only one out of 4 main casts,,, that hasn’t been released. She brings the most attention on weibo so I am thinking the production is keeping until the end.

I think they said the story of the two brothers is still intact, but they ‘ll just spice up things more by highlighting the romance between KaSuo and LiLuo. In the original novel, you can barely call anyone “female lead” but in the drama, they said they’ll increase LiLuo’s parts to make the drama more appealing to the public audience.
Victoria will be playing 2 characters in the drama: LiLuo and mermaid LiJing because of that whole reincarnation part. I wonder if they’ll release posters for both characters at once or not. Anyways , I am super excited for this drama 🙂

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

      @HJ

They’re going to allow reincarnation in the drama? I thought there was some kind of censorship on that. Or do different production companies have different rules on censorship?

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I am not that much familiar with China’s policies regarding reincarnation theme in dramas….but the scriptwriter herself said that Victoria will play mermaid later on and there will be dancing scenes.
I think this whole reincarnating part about “living the life of who you wanted to be in the past” is a whole lot confusing for many people lol

And apparently LiLuo in the drama is very “handsome” and “cool”. The production company has opened a weixin chat in which they invited few fans of main lead actors, and novel fans to discuss various issues such as makeup, costumes, special effects etc…before they are officially released. And the producer often reveals the screencaptures of these discussions and everyone is calling Victoria LuoLuo “gege” lmao They say LiLuo is more like a female-warrior type…and thus Victoria has quite a lot of fight scenes. According to ZhangMeng and the scriptwriter, Victoria’s postures are beautiful in these scenes due to her dance background (Beijing Dance Academy skills showing I guess lol). I am just anticipating her posters.

  18. 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

    Hello everyone,

Victoria Song’s costumes have been revealed. Too bad I can’t post the link. 🙁

    • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

I saw. But I’m heading to a b-day party so will post them tomorrow.

      • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

Still waiting for you to post Victoria’s posters T. T
Btw, HunanTV bought broadcasting rights for Chinese Paladin5 drama, ZhuXian, and Ice Fantasy.
ZhuXian and Ice Fantasy are also tied for no.1 spot for highest sponsor fees. HunanTV released the chart for 2016 airing dramas and it showed ZhuXian and Ice Fantasy is getting 5500万 RMB/ episode.

And two days ago, Ice Fantasy production company posted a weibo saying that Ice Fantasy is first ever C-drama to have its online broadcasting right bought collaboratively by 5 major online video platforms. iQIYI, Youku, Sohu, PPTV, and Tencent have all bought online broadcasting rights for Ice Fantasy.

        • 60 thoughts on “More costumes revealed for Feng Shao Feng’s Ice Fantasy

It’s posted, thanks for the patience! Since there are quite a few, I made a second post. Not surprised since a lot of anticipation is surrounded by the production. Let’s hope it won’t fail like many dramas that have aired this year.
