Shota Matsuda and Kenta Kiritani in period costumes for CM

I don’t even know what the commercial is about or what item/theme parks it’s promoting but seeing two of my favorite Japanese actors together with long, flowy hair is enough. Scratch that. If only they were styled better…

I’m not familiar with the third guy but he is Gaku Hamada. They look all serious in pictures but are actually three idiots in the commercial, especially Kenta.

CM VIDEOS:

For those missing the handsome face of Shota on their monitors, he’ll be returning to the big screen with Initiation Love, starring in a love triangle with Atsuko Maeda and Fumino Kimura, which is scheduled to hit theaters on May 23rd, 2015. Teaser below.

If that’s too long a wait, don’t fret, he’s also in a winter drama, Happiness Is Here, alongside veteran actress, Nobuko Miyamoto, set to premiere on January 16th, 2015. The premise focuses on the hero’s story as he struggles to understand the simplicity of happiness through the teaching lens of the wise, old woman.

He looks like a little boy below. heh.

Now a husband and a new father, Kenta is still taking up supporting roles in various dramas and movies. So….look for his hot/silly face on your screen in the upcoming months!

Sigh ~ This man broke my heart with his lightning marriage and fatherhood. I wonder how the baby looks like! ^_^

Whos with me, we need Shota in a romantic comedy with a decent ACTress!

He does look so young in that picture.

Can’t believe Kenta is a husband + dad!! HOLY!

AU is actually a major phone company in Japan… HAHAHA.

I actually have no idea what they’re talking about, but each of the actors, I believe, is a character from 3 different folklore stories. And just like any other commercial in Japan, they (most of the time) have almost no link to what they’re supposed to be advertising.

Kxyz, I’m dying of laughter here… PHONE COMPANY? I thought they were promoting fishing or beaches. LOL!
