One of my favorite couples back in the days when TVB dramas dominated my viewing experience. How I missed these two so much. GAH. The drama is said to be based loosely on a Chinese Opera, The Purple Hairpin, set in the Tang Dynasty. Expect major character and plot changes, as always. Raymond is Michelle’s first choice for the leading male character (she hearts him you see, waiting for his busy schedule since last year!), Na Lan Dong, who falls in love with a mesmerizing dancer, Huo Xiao Yu (Michelle), after her marriage with scholar Li Yi, played by Cheng Cheng. How much are they going to change? Let’s wait and see.
The Purple Hairpin Romance will be the third drama Michelle’s produced and starred in. Quite an accomplishment there. Filming has begun last month and she aims for a premiere slot in 2013.

wow….its been 10 years since their last dramas….. i remember watching a few years back. my uncle loves miss m a lot. he watches most of her dramas.
one thing i liked about their dramas is… Michelle’s character is the one wearing the pants in the relationship. she was always smart, sharp-tongued, and brave in loving while raymond always is the dim but kind-hearted man. but now raymond is associated with a playboy image as opposed to the past.

Looking back at Eternal Happiness, all the ladies have now stepped up into leading roles. Tavia Yeung and Myolie are respective Sisters in Tvb, while Michelle has her own productions. Always leading the pack! 😀

Hi! The second video you have posted up above, the “Ray Mich MV [Dragon Love]”, was that an actual drama? It looks so interesting but I don’t remember ever having watched that. Can you tell me the name of the drama/movie? I looked for Dragon Love but couldn’t find anything starring Raymond and Michelle.

I believe Raymond’s drama is Face to Fate, and Michelle’s drama is Liao Zhai 2, where she played a dragon girl.
